Everything dated hotel stale smell from time you enter building room bathroom not fit for purpose no one on reception until 3pm took money never seen him again breakfast poor milk sour foreign workers language barrier wouldn't recommend to anyone

The old school pub ambiance, the great breakfast and the great location close to the bus with a 5 minute jaunt to the Latin Quarter
Carpet should go and be replaced by hard flooring.

Ward's is an old-fashioned small hotel. When I arrived I was a little disappointed but the room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable, the staff lovely and the bar had a music session going on, so I changed my mind!
It's very expensive for a small basic hotel.

Other than the price was right, there was nothing about this property to like. There's no lift. It's above a pub--although the noise didn't seem to reach the room. The doors for the room and bathroom were hard to open and close.
I left after 1.5 hours and requested a refund. The smell was untenable. I have asthma and couldn't stay. There was no lift and he had put me up two flights of stairs. The doors for the bathroom and room were hard to open or close. The sink was in the corner of the room. The bedding didn't look particularly clean.
