Each of these city-center apartments has a great location close to Eyre Square. The property offers free underground parking for one vehicle per apartment. In each apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with cable TV, a dining area and free, secure underground parking. Guests can dine in the Western Bar & Restaurant which is just a minute's walk from the apartments. During their stay, guests have access to Snap Fitness gym for a surcharge. Western Citypoint Apartments is run by Western Hotel, which is located nearby. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. Please note that all Citypoint Apartments are strictly nonsmoking. Please note, guests are not permitted to bring visitors to the property. Check-in for the apartments is at the Western Hotel, 33 Prospect Hill, H91 Y3FA. Further instructions will be provided upon check-in. Short-term underground parking for check-in at the Western Hotel can be accessed down a ramp from St Bridget's Place. There is a separate car park for Citypoint Apartments. At the hotel, directions to the Citypoint car park will be given, as well as a fob to gain access. There is 1 parking space allocated per apartment. Please note that for bookings of 3 apartments or more, the payment options and cancelation policies are different. The required deposit is 50% at the time of booking and a further 50% deposit is required at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. The property will contact guests shortly after booking to confirm the procedure, along with details regarding the security deposit required upon arrival. Guests that wish to visit the gym must pay a EUR 10 membership fee. Please note, the gym is only open to guests during staffed hours. Please contact Snap Fitness for further information.

The location is great, as is the apartment itself. It was very clean and felt quite secure. They were very responsive with communication before we arrived and graciously provided a cot when we asked. There were guests in the other apartments, but we never heard them, although the bar across the street could get loud at night sometimes.
This is a bare bones flat--they are not really into amenities (two rolls of toilet paper, one dish towel, no paper towels, thin towels, etc.) or extra touches, and it's not decorated with any kind of care (most of the walls are bare). There are very basic kitchen supplies (we opted to buy a coffee press and left it there). There's a wonderful terrace with absolutely no furniture, which seemed like a waste. Some blackout curtains or thicker blinds would also be helpful. Overall, while this would not be my first choice, it worked out well for us as a last-minute rental.

One of the hosts was very friendly and helpful. We had hoped to check in early (had just arrived from the U.S. early that morning), and the initial hostess was very kind and understanding, although we understand our room was not yet ready. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and in a great location.
The second hostess was a little more matter of fact and kurt about the situation when we returned to see if the room was then ready. Granted, we were asking to check in early and they needed to clean the room, it was just her attitude that was a little off-putting. Our daughter was feeling very ill from the travel (no one's fault), so that just didn't help.

Apartment was in a perfect location. It was a quick walk to everywhere and the views were great as well.

Plenty of room and a nice view. Check-in for the apartment is at a different location but directions and instructions provided are very accurate!
Parking was available, but a challenge due to size of vehicles and size of parking spaces. Spaces are assigned, one space in particular has a pillar taking up some of the space. Because of this issue someone had taken our space, which caused us to have to take someone else's. No AC in the apartment didn't have AC, had to keep windows open throughout the night to keep it comfortable enough to sleep. The apartment would have been a better choice if staying multiple nights.

The carpet in the master bedroom was damaged. It should be replaced! There’s no coffee operated in the kitchen no coffee pot as well. Even the hotel rooms have Keurigs.

Beautiful apartment and nice location
No hot water x 2 days Back bedroom didn’t have black out blinds and the light shining in from the walkway was soooo bright the shades didn’t dim it at all - looked like we were sleeping during the day it was so bright. (Picture included). Back room security issue - unable to open window to let in cool air at night (so hot while we were there)without people walking by and looking in! Didn’t feel safe sleeping with it open. Toilet was running non-stop but staff was quick to respond and fix the issue!

The location was excellent. The facilities were great. The parking once we found the place it was very valuable. Parking in the city streets would’ve been difficult. And the elevator straight up to the flat was wonderful as well. The outdoor patio had great views.

We had to go to the Western hotel to get keys. Only a short walk/easy to find. They stored our luggage so we could do a tour and pick up/access was simple. Security on site for evenings as an extra comfort.
The apartment was great so really no major issues. Food shops within 2 mins for all you need and lots of take-away/delivery options if you don’t want to go out. Convenient to everything, including transport hubs. Only small suggestions on extra t-towels, paper towels & a glass table cleaner in unit would have been nice and some patio furniture in the balcony (we had great weather but it may just be too early for them putting it out). but these didn’t ruin our stay at all.

Lacking maintenance, washer/dryer needs replacing, shower needs refinishing, carpets horribly stained. Lack of basic amenities for $$. (Paper towels, wash rags for.kitchen use, wash rags for shower use. Charging costs for provided snacks ludicrous. Either have them at a diacount.or.free, or dont have them.

We have been here a few times , so the off site key pickup was familiar to us. I love the space the apartment provides for us. It us a welcome v break on our travels.
This apartment was more stripped down than the one we usually stay in. We needed and extra blanket to use on sofa as well as bed.
