Great location. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast
One of the staff working in the bar on Thursday night was extremely rude and disrespectful. He is not suitable for dealing with public and let down the establishment

Wonderful
I love the atmosphere in the twelve hotel, staff are very friendly and decor is lovely, food was delicious also, I love the location, the walks by the sea are beautiful.
The only small thing that I would suggest is that in our room there could have been some cushions, the pillows were very soft and there was no real support when sitting on the chairs, a cushion would have really helped, it's just a small suggestion to allow for an extra bit of comfort.

Layout of the rooms was excellent, allowed for all rooms to be off the main corridors and quiet as a result. Beautiful location, decor and food, staff were excellent. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return myself.

Nice room, great bedding. Blackthorn Restaurant was amazing.
Really terrible policy of charging for a latte at breakfast even though breakfast was included. It’s not much money but this is a really stupid policy.

Spacious room comfortable bed
Shower over bath - cramped and dangerous -in 2026 room should have walk in shower - overall service very poor - staff ticked relevant boxes but no real customer service.

Because it is a dog friendly hotel...it's hard to believe there was not a whiff of doggy smells-it was very wet all the time we were there. Excellent hygiene-I didn't pick up a dog hair.
Nothing.
