The decor was nice and the bed was comfortable
The hotel is on the side of the road. The balcony off our room was stark overlooking a busy road. No greenery or foliage but weeds growing through the pavement. Only one bottle of water in the fridge despite it being a double room. The room was actually set up as two single beds which wasn’t ideal either. The hotel is nice as are the staff but it wasn’t worth the money for the price point. It’s a dog friendly hotel which I understand and like dogs but I didn’t appreciate a half eaten dog biscuit on the reception chair when I arrived. Not a great first impression.

The cooked to order breakfast was good. The buffet was unimpressive and they now charge for lattes which was disappointing. The lunch and dinner menus are both great and the food was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were great.
Our room faced Bearna Rd. and it was very noisy. I will know in the future to request a room away from that area. Parking can be a challenge.

It was a very good accommodation for us. Exactly what we had hoped for after a month of touring Ireland. We stayed for 4 nights, wanting to use the last few days exploring new locals in & around the Galway area while staying in one place. It was a pleasure to return there for the evening knowing what a lovely place it was with all the amenities available.
Nothing really, other than booking the last room available, we were situated over the delivery bays which meant very early morning noises were part of the package. The staff were very attentive, helpful & professional. Thank you to all.

The room was lovely modern and a great size.
No Spa which was unfortunate otherwise it’s a fab hotel. One other point which I thought was strange at breakfast we hand included in our stay however we asked for a flat white and espresso with breakfast and that was an extra charge. Seemed very cheap to charge for this when I had breakfast included. I’ve never experienced that anywhere.

The staff were exceptionally nice to our Dog Rolo. They were always delighted to see him and welcoming in the restaurant also. The restaurant staff were always happy to see him and gave him lots of attention. The receptionists made him very welcome and happy. Above our expectations, was so nice to be in a place that is so dog welcoming and dog friendly. You can see that by the way the locals come in for food and drinks with there dogs. Plenty of beaches and walks within a few minutes walk. Local restaurants are also dog friendly
