Wonderful
V comfortable, warm and inviting. Decorated in such a way that gave a sense of Ireland and Connemara . Great service in the restaurant and food was delicious
Nothing , even the underground carpark had gorgeous murals on the walls .
Only disappointment was that the spa was closed.

If a dog is misbehaving, i.e. approaching other's tables in the dining room or barking incessantly, I think staff should some how intervene.

The decorations were different, compared to hotel chains. It had a bit of old world style. Its onsite parking was nice to have. Breakfast was good. You ordered a plate from menu as well as having a self serve buffet. Our King room was spacious.
It was showing its age; could use a bit of updating.

The stools at the bar were the only issue. They are uncomfortable and heavy and immobile but this did not affect our stay

I liked the boutique feel of the property. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We were lucky in that we had a room facing a side street so there wasn’t any traffic noise at all. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices available.
There were some small maintenance points that bothered us. The toilet paper roll handle was broken and jury-rigged in the “up” position with a wadded up piece of cardboard. The corridor lighting was inadequate. I wish that the cleaning staff attended to common places such as the swinging doors before the elevators. The stainless steel push plates were filthy and we avoided touching them!

The room was amazing and the facilities in the room were brilliant..ie coffee machine kettle tea making facilities fridge etc
The only thing I would say was it was very warm at night which I'm sure can be easily rectified

Staff were not friendly . Breakfast order was mixed up and took 20 minutes to resolve . The eggs were the smallest I have ever seen . No apology offered.

The food at the restaurant was amazing, the staff was nice, the room was big, nice and very comfortable. I will go back. The parking was also good and the breakfast was delicious and really good Value,
They had a new door system in the rooms and we had a lot of issues at the check in because the key couldn't be programed so we have to go back and forth 3 times before it was done. but it got solve that was the only issue we had.

Fab stay with my mum for her birthday. There was even desserts in room with happy birthday card. Lovely touch. Room very comfortable and clean.
We had the chicken wings in Franks Hot sauce that evening in bar restaurant along with other items. These wings were not in Franks Hot Sauce and can confirm that they were not at all nice with a very weird tasting sauce and very disappointing
