Very Good
Room comfortable, one bedroom had a lot of space, location great for walking. Nice seating areas downstairs.
Bathrooms, especially sink is too small. Toilet right next to sink. Parking is far.

The location was amazing. It was so easy to walk anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was extremely friendly
The weather was beautiful during our stay, which meant the room was a bit hot for our liking

The location was perfect, and the rooms were well-appointed. It was a little noisy due to the music below, but it ended early enough not to affect our sleep.
Tricky parking when driving a large vehicle, and some distance to walk with the luggage. But the situation is understandable.

How clean and comfy the beds were
Very noisy especially during the street clean up around 4/5am, staff smashing barrels everywhere. But didn’t dampen our trip

This hotel is quaint and has everything you'll need. Very clean and serviced daily. Staff is so kind and helpful. There's The best pub underneath next door ,,part of.. and staff is great.. atmosphere brilliant and music and people having the crack .. excellent. I felt that we were in exactly the right place for our 2 nights away.
Room was little cold at start but the manager and reception fixed it all and we were so pleased and comfortable. View wasn't great but it is what it is.. a room looking onto roofs. We didnt notice really. Room 204.

Pleasant
Location was good and the restaurant was nice.
It was extremely loud at night with the music. I think that should be stated in the hotel description so that families with small children know up front.

Wonderful
It was very central in the city centre, near lots of shops and restaurants, not far from the train/bus station. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, giving us water n tea or coffee any time we needed it.
There was a bit of noise from the outside but that’s to be expected as we were so central in the city. Once the balcony door n windows were closed you couldn’t hear very much.
