A spacious, well equipped apartment with a large, comfortable bed. Reception staff were excellent -friendly, helpful and efficient. We were able to get a bus into Galway from a stop close to the Hotel.
Only downside was the service in the restaurant although the quality of the food was good. On the first evening after we ordered the waiter bought one meal out and we had to chase up the other meal. In fairness both the waiter and the restaurant manager did their best to resolve the issue. The next day the service was fine but my husband's beef was overdone.

breakfast was great, good choices. Room was standard, as expected. Hotel was busy and the parking lot, but underground parking spots were available.

Lovely hotel that provide must needed respite for our family. The onsite bar was fantastic!

Outstanding quality of the hotel with really great beds, a very clean hotel, and wonderful staff. The connected restaurant offered us an excellent meal. We loved the location, close to city center, but not too close. The free parking is a wonderful bonus!
