The staff was super friendly. We had a family suite which was comfortable and clean for the five of us. We had breakfast one of the mornings. We did walk to Eyre Square. It was a nice day and only 20-30 minutes.
Breakfast was cold when we got a plate. In the defense of the hotel, It was at the later end of the breakfast time . They had a great selection of options for us!

Very nice and worth the money. Pool and 24 hr gym are a huge plus. Rooms and beds are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast felt a bit too basic especially because it was a bit expensive. But everything fresh and clean so not a huge issue

The initial impression was great as you walked into the lobby. The staff were attentive and pleasant to deal with.
The room however was terribly disappointing. It was extremely tight with one bed up against the wall - so you would have to crawl over the other person to get out in the middle of the night.
The room was rather dated.
There was no temperature control and electric outlets crackled when we plug in our adaptors.
This is advertise as a family room and seriously it is really for 3. There was one chair, the bed against the wall, really no space for the 4 of us.

The rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. Having a bar and restaurant on site was great too

Lovely hotel with terrific amenities - wonderful food at restaurant, beautiful pool & workout facilities, lovely well appointed room with all one could ask for!
It is a bit outside of town (but, quiet) - walkable if fit/like the exercise, not too long a bus ride or short car ride. Admittedly, was the only place we encountered anyone rude (initial check-in w/ younger lad was great, however, was received very rudely when asked a particular front desk woman a question (hotel was busy, perhaps she’d had a bad day) - unfortunate, but life.)
