Everything was good
When i opened the press to get a glass it was practically stuck to the press. Cups, glasses and plates had to be cleaned before use. We also could not get out into our balcony. Television, hairdryers were very old and barely working when being used. When i turned on the sink it was like a pressure washer soaked the whole bathroom and anyone standing in front of it.

Staff were friendly and helpful
Needs update . Found it tired and shabby. Furniture in lobby very stained . Poor very very basic . Not even a bottle of water or mini bar . Room very boring, brown and dull . Nothing but bed , a lamp and a table . Bed with no room between them . All very poor

Breakfast was nice, staff were nice and helpful.
The room was small and very basic, pillows were not comfy. Going away with our family is a treat so would be nice to have a nice room. Also no hot water

Very clean and welcoming, the staff were very friendly and more than happy to help with any issues (quickly also). The bar and restaurant is big and open and modern but also has a cosy feel and the breakfast was 10/10. Very close to city centre, lots of parking and the pool and changing rooms are very modern and clean

Me and my 2 friends have stayed at the connaght a few times and always enjoy our stay. Comfy beds, good food a bit overpriced though..comfortable rooms and generally good value for money
We were disapointed with the noise outside our window at a very early hour, also the cleaning staff just gave a short knock and walked into our room which was very annoying as was at 10 am well before our check out time
