Fair
The restaurant was really nice. The pool dressing rooms were warm and had also had great hairdryers.
Check in took over 30mins. The corridors on the way to our room were full of glasses plates etc. The family room we were given was very small, I had to ring reception three times to bring up and extra bed. When the bed went in we didn’t have room to move. The lock on the door was broken. No mini fridge.

The staff are amazing. Friendly, polite, super efficient. Hotel is very clean - accommodation staff work very hard to have the rooms spotless.
No complimentary water in the room, had to buy it from a vending machine.

Good
The facilities & staff.
The hotel in general was way too hot. Also, the mattress in room A1073 needs to be changed as the springs were pretty much coming through it.
