Very good Hotel. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. The location we thought was excellent because we were out from the busy town. You'd need a car or uber. Food was also excellent reasonably priced and had big portions.
Just 1 thing we didn't like. The pool/pool area was freezing.

Breakfast was mostly good. Toast only toasted on one side bit strange. Tea in pot very strong but strange taste of it on both days. Tastes like it had being sitting for a long time before we got it.
Bistro food was tasteless and the window ledge beside us was dirty with bits of food on it. Very disappointing.

Looks Excellent from outside but bedrooms are very outdated
No heat whatsoever in bedroom or bathroom.
I asked to be moved but was refused because of hotel been full

Way too much chlorine being used in the pool but especially the hot jets area where my eyes were burning from the chlorine. Go visit hotel G spa across town for a better experience.

I have stayed many times, usually for hospital appointments. Its comfortable and friendly. I dont mind sitting in the lobby or bar alone.

I loved the atmosphere in the hotel. The location is perfect for families who prefer quieter surroundings, and the garden is lovely. Breakfast was also very well prepared, with a good selection for everyone (even my teenage daughter was very happy with it!).
As it was my birthday, the staff gave me a lovely surprise when I ordered a passion fruit cheesecake for dessert. I found a beautiful “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” written around the edge of my plate. That was really cool!!!
The only thing I didn't like was that there was no ceiling light in the bedroom. Both my daughter and I enjoy reading and writing while sitting on the bed in the evenings, but the lighting was not sufficient.
