We like the pool.
a pleasant atmosphere for an evening drink in the lounge
nice garden and surrounds
we obviously like the hotel enough to have stayed there a number of times
we had a 'superior' room but the bathroom was a bit disappointing in that I don't like a 'rain shower'
also, water leaks out of the shower onto the floor.
the absence of the buffet was disappointing. the hot breakfast looked as if it had been sitting under a heater for some time

Good location. Clean hotel.
Upon arrival, we were a little early. While I parked the car, my wife asked a lady if we could check in early. Her reply was no, not until 4pm.
When I came into the hotel, I asked a young man if he had somewhere they could store our bags until check in. He asked my name and looked up our booking. He then stated, oh, your room is ready, we can check you in now.

Our stay was for 2 nights as part of vacation. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed.
We had a wonderful breakfast in the restaurant as an add on to our stay.
The bar/lounge area is great (although can be quite crowded at times) but overall a very pleasant atmosphere.
We took a car to town as it is a bit out of the way; but the trade off is for the quiet ambiance!
The windows in our room overlooked the dumpster; as in looked directly into the dumpster; not sure how you can fix that unless it had a roof :)
Could use more seating in the lounge area for nights when it is crowded

Easy check in process. The waiter staff at night was absolutely amazing.
A lot of large tour groups use this as a hub and makes for busy breakfasts and dinners. The waiter staff at night was absolutely amazing. The breakfast staff argued with me in the morning saying half of my family had to pay while the other half did not. We all had the exact same booking and had booked at the exact same time and were even told at check in breakfast was included in our booking. After this was settled we had about 3 minutes of quiet time before a large tour group came in for breakfast. The pool and spa are NOT exclusive to the hotel so be warned it was busy and we only spent a short time and did not get to enjoy the other facilities due to it being busy.

Property was beautifully kept and grounds were very peaceful. I love flowers so the garden was perfect for me

The grounds of the property are pretty and the common spaces very nice. The location is convenient if you have a vehicle.
Our rooms were dated. Needed more convenient electrical outlets/USB ports. Our window had signs of mold and duct tape was used around the frame.

Food was good. Restaurant staff nice but seemed a bit inexperienced. Rooms were nice and big. Cleaning of room was good. Front desk staff- nice & attentive.
Carpet and floors in hallways and stairs were filthy. The elevator floor was really nasty. You need signage to tell guests to be quiet in hallways around rooms after 9pm and before 9 am. Really loud guests right near our door at 6am.
