Good
Overall clean.
Perfect location.
Nice crew.
It’s to expensive. We paid more than 300 euro a night for a 4 people ensuite room.
The room had a strange (strong paint) smell.
The bed sheets were to thin/old.
The shower place (ensuite bathroom) was to small, impossible to turn around.
There was a small garden with 3 tables, everywhere in the garden people smoking, there is no place for non smokers outside.
If you have a room at the backside the smoke from the garden is coming in the room (starting early in the morning when the crew starts working).

Pleasant
Great location, friendly staff, great shared space with a kitchen and refrigerator, lounge with a big screen tv and outdoor patio. Staff went above and beyond keeping an item we left behind for our return visit two days later when we returned from the Aran Islands.
small rooms for the price with no shower amenities and runny body wash. appears to be market price for Galway with the busy tourist season; film festival and international arts festival going on.

Exceptional
Was the 4th time in this hostel and as usual was great. I was in a room for 4 girls, first 2 night I met a really nice lady from US and last night a really nice lady from France. Breakfast was really good, WIFI excellent and at night I was even allowed to take control of the tv and watch a movie by myself.
Was really good =D

I loved everything about this place! The first thing that stood out was its location—it is literally right next to the Galway Coach Station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers.
The management is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable.
The breakfast is also very good, with a variety of options to suit most people. The only exception is eggs, which you need to buy yourself. However, this wasn’t an issue because the hostel has a well-equipped communal kitchen where you can cook eggs, prepare full meals, and make use of everything you need.
I made so many wonderful memories during my stay that I will cherish forever. Overall, this place is simply perfect. If you’re visiting during the summer, I’d recommend bringing a small portable fan. Galway is usually cool, but on the occasional warmer night, a fan can make sleeping even more comfortable.
Nothing. Everything is perfect

Very Good
The location of Snoozles is excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds and sheets were clean.
Not all of the charging ports above the beds worked. The mattresses were a little too firm for our liking.

Location of Snoozles
The room lacked outlets, which made hair drying a bit of a challenge. The only mirror was in the bathroom and a full length mirror would have been easy to put on a wall or door within the room to make it easier for 5 girls in a private 6 bed room get ready.

Good
This hostel is right by the bus station so it was really convenient for my last night in Galway.
I would have expected more showers besides the ones in each room.

This is probably one of the best hostels I have stayed at. The staff were so helpful and there was a really good mix of people that stayed. It was quiet during quiet hours and the lounge was clean and comfortable. They had simple snacks around tea time and had a simple but nice breakfast. Tea and coffee were available 24/7.
Beds could have been a little more comfortable. They were too hard for me.

Man at front desk (did not catch his name) helped us get extra sheets. He also allowed us to grab breakfast as it was set up before the intended serving time because we had to leave early due to a tour.

Great location, right in the center of town. Very nice staff (especially Hugh). Nicest hostel I stayed at in Ireland. The beds were very nice. Plenty of room, decently comfy, and they even had privacy curtains. Showers were good.
Don't eat the breakfast food! It's substandard. The fruit was very bad, shocking that there were no visible signs of rotting because it tasted like crap. It's also way too expensive. I stayed in three hostels over the course of my Irish vacation, and I paid more for this one than the other two combined. Would've picked another if I could've found a cheaper option.
