The location was great for us visiting relations in the area. We were surprised at how reasonable the restaurant prices were for dinner. We took advantage of the indoor swimming pool on two occasions.
I would have liked a little more variety for breakfast.

Breakfast finished early on a Monday, so we missed that.
There was no water in the rooms and the machine on our floor was out of order

Location and easy access. The facility has everything to facilitate your desires, whether your travels are business or pleasure. I found the staff amazing. No matter my inquiries or interests..the staff came through!
Technology lacks in room. Time for an upgrade for charging today’s devices in rooms.

Breakfast was always cold
The people running the music gave us hassle at the door . We were told the irish mafia is running it .
Staff not accomadating.
No areas to charge near the beds and in other areas of the room where they should be.
We got 4 towels when there were 4 people staying in the room and 1 roll of toilet paper. Rooms not tothe standard one would think for a fairly new hotel.

Front lobby of hotel was excellent
Bed was to hard hurt neck and back, carpet in room dirty with black stain on it , kettle needed to be descaled, no fridge in room even do there was a built in space for it, back of bathroom door very worn down, no complementary water and no robes or slippers to wear so you could go down to the pool, food in the bar was not all bad but the curry was 19 euro just for sauce and rice and Nam bread you had the choice to add chicken , prawn or beef to it for an extra two euro which my son did and asked for chicken , 3 pieces of chicken in it, steak sandwich a total waste of 22/23 euros meat burnt to a crisp mixed with mushroom and onions all black.

We had a fantastic two-night family stay at this lovely 4-star hotel. The room was perfect for us — spacious and more like a small apartment with two separate areas, which gave everyone plenty of space to relax. A special touch was the small teepee set up for the kids — they absolutely loved it and it added a fun, playful element to the stay.
The swimming pool was large and very well maintained, and all the facilities were spotless and well cared for. We also really enjoyed our meals — the bar and restaurant offered great food and a relaxed atmosphere, and the breakfast buffet was good.
A big shoutout to the staff — everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience.
All in all, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay — ideal for families. We’d definitely come back!
The breakfast menu could be a bit more extensive with more variety.
The room could use doorstoppers to prevent the doors from banging and also to keep them open for the kids.
The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, which disrupted our sleep.
The hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent and could be improved.
