Oranhill Lodge was very homey and comfortable. We stayed in the smallest room (double), but it met our needs and there was a nice upstairs sitting area with lovely views near our room. The breakfast was fantastic - lots of choices and everything was delicious!! Michael and Ann were super hosts and both were very friendly and helpful. We recommend staying here 100%.

We loved our stay at Oranhill Lodge! The rooms were beautiful, beds comfortable and the hosts are amazing! We had breakfast in the sunny breakfast room and it was delicious. The hosts were so thoughtful. When they found out the night before we were celebrating birthdays, our breakfast was topped off with a lovely birthday cake, complete with singing. :) The house is in a perfect location to walk into town for dinner and there are tons of great restaurants to choose from. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Galway if you prefer a quieter place. Would most definitely stay here again!

Our stay was lovely. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, especially the scones! Overall this was one of the nicest places we stayed during our recent vacation.

Highlights were location, staff and breakfast. Overall great value and friendly owners. We felt very taken care of. The neighborhood is quite walkable which was great after a long day to not have to drive to find dinner somewhere. The rooms were spacious and well thought out for storage.

Clean and very helpful staff. They asked a lot of questions and you felt at home. The breakfast was delicious. Short drive to town and they were very accommodating.
The toilet ran In the room a lot. It took us adjusting the handle a few times for it to stop.

Breakfast was truly incredible. They have multiple options every morning and present a truly impressive spread. The hosts were very helpful with recommendations and even dropped us off at the bus stop prior to an early tour of the Cliffs. I would recommend anyone staying in Galway to stay here!
Nothing, this place was amazing. Maybe a little hot at night, but that's more of a cultural difference than anything else.

Wonderful stay! Breakfast was great and the hosts, Michael and Anne, were lovely. They made sure we were comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay and gave recommendations on things to do, see, eat and advised how to take the city bus into Galway (we rented a car but didn't want to drive to the city center). Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We loved having our own entrance and privacy. The little kitchenette was perfect with the mini stove and mini fridge. It was clean and perfect for our trip. The host was kind and helpful.
I was cold and the temperature is controlled, but it does have a boost setting where you can boost the heat for an hour , this could be typical of Ireland. But I just layered up and was ok.
