Location and breakfast were good-bed was comfortable.
A little tired, the dark hallway was not at all welcoming and the window would not close. Plus the TV remote did not have batteries and the TV did not always turn on

This hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had an extra bed that we weren’t expecting which was a nice perk and there was lots of space for our luggage and clothes.
This hotel was a bit far away from the city center and there was limited public transport nearby.

The hotel room was very large and comfortable. The breakfast was included and pretty tasty. The parking was also very convenient.
The hotel room was a little warm and there were some cobwebs on the ceiling. It was a little bit further from downtown Galway than I would’ve preferred.

Simple hotel that fitted my.needs
Houswkeeping personnel was noisy in the hallways, at 8.30am on a sarurday, day that I wanted to sleep-in.
Only one USB-A plug, no adaptors for foreign travelers.
Terrible location for lights switches.

Nice location and hotel was very clean and orderly
Lights in first room would not go on. Service man could not get them to work either. Went to room with manager and he got them to go on with card but they did not stay on. Moved to another room (upgraded by manager to suite) but could not get air conditioning to turn on and blow cold air. Room was warm and had to sleep on top of bed. Due to hot weather in Galway the cooler room temp would have been more comfortable.

Room was clean and I like that the property offered king sized bed rooms - something I found to be a bit of a challenge while booking stays in Ireland. We had dinner and the breakfast buffet at the restaurant onsite and both were very good.
Based on comparable stays at other locations while in Ireland I feel we overpaid for this stay. The bathroom was very small with no room at all on the countertop to put any toiletries. Shower was also small. Most of all the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. The hallways are painted so dark it makes for a gloomy feeling. Especially since the lights only come on through a motion sensor.

Property was very nice and convenient to Galway centre and east by taxi or walking.
Uncommon to western Ireland was to have 30 degree temperatures and sadly my room did not have air conditioning so the first night was almost unbearable, thankfully the subsequent nights the temperatures returned to normal west coast Ireland temperatures.
