We arrived early and the hotel kindly stored our bags for us. We were able to park below the hotel at no extra cost. SPAR was right around the corner when we needed a snack prior to rushing off to a tour. Staff was friendly.
We did have to wait several times at reception as there was no one attending the check in desk.

Our room was very clean, and I absolutely cannot stay anywhere that isn’t new or recently renovated. We stayed for 2 nights.
I think it would be great if they had a continental breakfast at no cost.

The room was very bright and had a lot of space to move around! The main areas of the bedroom were clean!

Clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. Water temp is great. Free parking was a plus. Location is 10 min away from Gallway high life.

Hotel was very nice but wish it was in a little nicer location/plaza. All the staff was very nice except for breakfast one of the waitresses seemed to be in such a foul mood. She was not pleasant/nice at all. Not helpful. Seemed like the customers were a "hassle/burden" for her. I chalked it up to she was young and maybe she was having a bad day but it was not a good look.

Very clean, great staff. And large rooms so it was nice to come back to in the evening and chill.
Too far away from downtown Galway. We walked - it was 20 minutes into the edge of town. Probably will look for closer next time.

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They gave us rooms close together and the cot that we ask was already at the room, so very accommodating to our requests
