Location was perfect.
Room upgrade on arrival was an unexpected bonus.
Ordered breakfast to room - arrived on time and was very nice.
Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Car park ramps and parking spaces - very tight!

The Location, Room, Staff, Food and proximity to 24hr multi story car park was excellent and would definitely stay again. We were also upgraded to a slightly bigger room which was a nice surprise.
Our only complaint was that the pillows were extremely hard.

Perfect city and parking location. Decent bar. Shops pubs and restaurants on doorstep.

Very clean, comfortable. (not enough clothes hangers and not enough linen drawers.) I liked how one of the front desk staff helped me contact and retrieve something I left behind on a bus tour. I like how the night staff, when they were not busy, gave me guidance about the city.

The hotel is a great location. It's walking distance to everything. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel and rooms were clean and well decorated nicely. We loved that we had a view of the river and could open our window and hear the water. We had such a nice stay here.
The beds were not as comfortable as we hoped. Our shower drain was not working well and did not drain as needed. We actually had to shut off the water to soap up, then turn it back on the rinse. It wasn't too inconvenient and frankly, we forgot to let the hotel staff know. We were so happy with everything else at the hotel and this was such a minor inconvenience that it slipped our mind.
When we first checked into the hotel our second room had a bunch of flies or moths flying around. We couldn't tell what they were. It seemed like the previous people in the room opened the window and they bugs got in. The hotel staff quickly moved us to a new room and waited while we inspected it to be sure we were happy with it. I was impressed with how quickly they responded to fix the issue.

Convenient to the Latin quarter,main shopping area pubs and restaurants
Expensive for a couple off nights like most off Galway but atmosphere was excellent
