Excellent daily breakfast, rooms are quiet and clean, very good location - close to great pubs and restaurants, and interesting tours.
The parking garage is very small and often packed. The restaurants were good, but limited in choices. The sundries supply area had very few options for travelers.

The staff were very helpful in sorting out some personal matters and nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the location as close to many restaurants, parking and really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and we had a riverside room (127) looking right onto the river. Easy walking to town and the seafront. Very good soundproofing.
Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious with a good walk in shower. We had a lovely stay.
We had breakfast one day - it was ok, but hot food was left sitting too long.
We would have liked a bit more storage space in the room - especially by the bedside. It was expensive.

The location was amazing. It seemed to be right near everything we wanted to do. There were a couple of welcoming sitting areas in the lobby that allowed us to have a pleasant place to rest while we waited for someone or for an activity to start.
There were no drawers to unpack into which made it difficult to leave the room in any type of orderly way. I found the front desk staff aloof. They were willing to answer specific questions but were not friendly or forthcoming in any way.

This hotel is greatly located in the center of town, we could walk right out to bars, stores, and cafes. It offers a discount on the parking garage located right next to it (€12 a day instead of €24). Our deluxe room meant that it was 3 beds (2 fulls, 1 twin), which was a very nice size. They also have a very lovely outdoor space.
The a/c was inconsistent, it kept turning off. The parking garage although a great location, is fairly tiny, so a big car is difficult to maneuver.

Parking garage is attached to the hotel but you have to carry luggage up a couple short flights of stairs to get to the floor with the elevator.
