Wonderful
The room was very nice, bit small, but everything was working and nice. The parking was very close and you got a discount. The location was fantastic, close to lots of stores and pubs. Lots to do within walking distance.
Just that it was on the small side, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Everything was very nice and the staff was fantastic, very helpful.

Disappointing
Parking and hotel being connected was helpful though the parking spaces were very narrow so not the easiest to use.
The room we were given was quite cramped. The heating system appeared to be directly overhead meaning that we were treated to roaring like an aeroplane taking off every half hour or so all night.
In the morning I wanted to go outside for a cigarette. It was pouring with rain and I was told my only option was to stand outside the front door of the hotel. As it was quite early, I was then unable to get back in and had to ring the bell outside. I could see the girl on the desk but she did not respond to the bell for several minutes. I found the staff unresponsive and not particularly friendly.
