Hotel does not have a facility to store the bags on check out this was very inconvenient as we were waiting a few hours to get the train. Breakfast was extra so we didnt eat there.

Very central. On Eyre Square
The rooms were very spacious, clean & comfortable.
Delicious breakfast & great choice considering it is a 3 star hotel.
The staff were very friendly & helpful.
The carpets in the lobby / bar / hallways are quite old and smell a little unpleasant.

Location, cleanliness, size of room, and staff were all great. I was traveling with my two daughters and the size of room really helped so we could spread out and relax.

Breakfast was good.
Someone to help with our cases would have been good. We were in the very last room on the 3rd floor and my wife had to struggle with them while I was away parking the car.The carpark is further away than the advertised five minute walk.
