love the room and the location.
the food was disappointing. I had a steak which was poor quality and over priced. A hotel of this standard needs to offer a fillet of steak on its menu. We were going to eat there the second night but after the disappointing meal we had the first night we took our business down the town the second night.

Beautiful large room , very large bathroom too . Breakfast staff very nice and friendly. Reception staff very nice too.

absolute amazing hotel with fabulous staff and decor. so accommodating especially the receptionist staff who go above and beyond even allowing me to use their coolers for champagne brought for a celebration and offered to deliver it to the room when needed. i had the deluxe suite and it was fantastic with amazing views over eyre square
the only things would be the room lighting although a modern renovation there was no main light or could have done with some extra led lighting.

The location is fantastic, the staff are friendly and attentive. The room was lovely, but very warm overnight.
The room service breakfast was only available as a breakfast sandwich format. What happened to a straight forward full Irish?
