The hotel is less than a 2 minute walk from Galway Bay Hotel and Salthill Hotel. Galway Bay offers swimming, snorkeling and sea fishing, and is Ireland’s longest promenade. The location and the girl the first day that booked us in was very friendly
There was no window the room was absolutely freezing no heating the girl behind the bar got the woman over upstairs and when she came she was so rude and they told us the owner doesn't turn the heating on in the summer but we are in ireland so wat a joke never again stay well clear

Lovely staff and very helpful . Let us leave our cases there while we went out after we checked out. Great location and about 25 min walk to city . Hot shower and comfortable beds.
Smell of smoke in room and hallway and could do with a blast of heat in the evenings .
