The hotel was convenient for us.
The room was a little musty, but that is to be expected with the weather being damp and raining most of time. Breakfast was served buffet style, but we had better breakfasts off site for less money.

Good breakfast and the staff was very helpful.
The bathroom tub was very high from the floor. It was difficult to enter and exit the tub. It was actually a little dangerous. Luckily I am still very active but an older person would have a hard time entering and exiting the tub.

Awesome stay. Very good location. Very spacious and open surroundings. Staff is really very good. Very nice Bar at ground floor. Plenty of car Parking area.

Lovely hotel, and a great location.
Bus stop right outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was very comfortable and all was nice to actually get two double beds in a family room rather than an uncomfortable sofa bed that just takes up floor space. Nice coffee machine. Beds were very comfortable.
My kids loved the bath robes and slippers.
There was a family offer on food in the restaurant for a family of four and it seemed to cause some confusion on the bill. It was sorted out eventually.

Hotel was clean and comfortable
The shower over the bath!! I felt very unsafe getting in and out and the water poooooored over the side whilst having a shower which left a very slippery bathroom floor - please get rid of the baths and put in decent shower cubicles.

Room was clean, breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

when we stayed in July last breakfast was very bland and we had to pay for it so we opt out of having it this time. i feel as we paid 417 for 2 nights brealfast should have been included even a continental breakfast.

I liked that it was in close proximity to Galway. It also had a restaurant and bar right downstairs that were helpful.
The only thing is that parking felt limited and challenging at times.
