Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location, easy walk to Temple Bar area and other. Bus stops close. Nice breakfast at hotel and several breakfast/coffee shops within 1-2 blocks.
Rooms small, but really, how much time are you going to spend in your room when in Dublin?

A gorgeous building , friendly professional staff, close to transport for travel into town. Free parking onsite. Delicious meals. Obliging bar staff. All in all a well run clean hotel

Excellent stay as always. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep.
The room was warm, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is ideal and very convenient for getting around Galway. Flannery's remains my favourite place to stay in Galway, and I look forward to returning again.

Service was good, everyone was really helpful and sweet, room was clean, we liked that because we got in late they were still open 24/7 and able to check us in.
Not related to the hotel, but the bus requires an Irish leap card, and you cannot use card on it at all, so prepare in advance if you're planning on using public transport. Breakfast, the only meal we ate in the hotel, was expensive for what it was.
