Our room was very large, beds extremely comfortable. Our host provided alot of information about local attractions including a map. Our Irish breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend.

The rooms here were comfortable and impeccably clean, the whole place was clean and very well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful, location was great, and the breakfast was really good.

Overall the staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was lovely and well served in a quaint dining room.
We did find the place itself a bit dated. We were not expecting to be put in a full apartment so we had plenty of room, although leather furniture is not our favourite to sit on. This was definitely an "experience". The village of Kinvara itself seemed very old even when going on a stroll on the main street, visiting shops and restaurants.

Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, located right in town.
Rooms could be improved with small refrigerators. No common area for guest use—perhaps consider leaving the breakfast room open? Most expensive of the places we stayed in Ireland.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed! Breakfast was delicious with many choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The B&B was in walking distance to restaurant options.
There is very limited parking but we were fortunate enough to find street parking close by.

An excellent B&B. The owner was very kind and helpful—thanks for the tip about the pub where John Prine would play—and the property was lovely with all sorts of flowers. An excellent location and top-shelf breakfast made this one of the best we’ve stayed in.

Room clean and comfortable. Good shower.
Breakfast good. Staff friendly and helpful. Helped me carry my bags and reached out prior to arrival about stairs to my room. Nice touch- ironing board available.
They were clear about stairs to the 3rd floor. But it might be a challenge for some.
