Beautiful house in a beautiful location. excellent dinner
We were a little unsure about eating at a long table with multiple guests, but as it happened we only had two very congenial other guests at dinner. Breakfast with a dozen or more was a bit intimidating

Food (Breakfast) and Dinner (ordered ala carte off the lunch menu ahead of time) was excellent. Loved the honor bar for cocktails. Loved the cozy rooms and warm fires in the fireplace. Loved being able to take a short walk around the property on an established trail. Room was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive and accommodating - highly recommend!

Class, cozy, lovely setting, there accommodations, the meals, and genuine nature of those on the staff.
There is not to much - really small elements to make great even better. Room door locks perhaps could be a bit more secure. Liquor, 1st drink free.
