We loved the location and the rooms were very nice. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

Disappointing
Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok. service was little slow at the restaurant. The reception lady was not that accommodating. other staff were nice.
The Bathroom is very small, no room to sit properly on the commode. Hot water issues, The hot/cold mixtures not working properly, NO COFFEE MAKER in the room, The Executive Room (looked like any other rooms) didn't have a telephone and Hot water, we Pais $50.00 more. and the staff was pointing fingers at Booking.com

The hotel was very nice with lots of places to relax and explore the grounds. The breakfast was great and had many delicious options avaialbe.
The room was rather stuffy and the fan and cracking the windows only did so much. The bed only had a duvet and no top sheet which would have helped us sleep more comfortably.

Breakfast and Diner where very good, next to this the location was very beautiful with a direct outlook onto the sea while the whole building gave a great holiday vibe
There was no air conditioning in the room itself, it wasn't warm so this was no problem for us. But when the temperature would have been to high this would have been a big downside. It's something to be aware of.

The hotel is beautiful with beautiful views of the water. The entire facility was clean and the Continental breakfast was awesome. I wish America did continental breakfast the way Ireland does.
No air conditioning. We went the week Galway had that heat wave so our room got pretty hot.
