Courteous welcome, lift out of action on arrival, but fixed later that day.
The leisure complex needs modernised, lockers don't lock, no advice to bring a padlock.

There was a bus stop outside the hotel that was handy
The bed was hard didn’t get a good sleep and when you use the swimming pool the changing rooms for women and children where up two floors and the men’s changing room where on the ground floor by the pool not good when you have children to get up lots of wet steps

Lovely hotel. Receptionist was lovely. Hotel was very clean and pool facilities were perfect.
Didn’t make a reservation for dinner so we had to leave the hotel to eat as they had none left.

Spacious bedrooms - well equipped - very comfortable and well designed. Good value. Welcoming staff at reception. Breakfast had good variety and was good overall
The bar area was very brightly lit and lacked character or ambience - the glass covered outer area is pretty and the booths are good for small groups - but it can be cold there in the evening and seemed a bit detached from everything yet the bar was glaringly bright. Coffee at breakfast was from a self dispensing machine - quite weak coffee

The room was spacious and clean
The noise - the blood donor truck was parked underneath our window and was loading material till eventually leaving close to 11pm
@ 5.30 am following am the laundry truck arrived to pick up a lot of laundry
@ 6ish - the bottles were picked up followed by some skip service
I understand that these services need to be arrived out but when u are charged full price for your room - and all these services are happening right under your window .

The hotel was in a nice location and the outdoor seating area was nice
Check in time was 4pm which is way too late in my opinion
