Out of town spot (5k) and at 4 pm taken 76 minutes to reach hotel from Galway centre ?
Shower could not control temperature very very hot one second cold next. Did report!

beautiful, gorgeous room, staff were all great. The only thing I didn't love was that it was too far from downtown, but that is entirely my fault for not looking on a map. But everything else was great.
I wish it was closer to the city center

It was clean staff were friendly
Very noisy fan in the room. Cudnt sleep ! Room was cold asked at reception to turn up the heat but don’t know if they did or not as it was still cold. Breakfast was a rip off. Looked for €18 for adult and €€15 for child when we went into the restaurant. Was told a different price when I checked in !

Overall my stay was satisfactory. In advance of my arrival on Saturday night I received a call on Friday to confirm my booking. I confirmed and said it would be after 9pm when I arrived. I received another call on Saturday evening at about 8 to check when I was going to arriving. I got the impression there was a fear I would be a no show. Separately, the room was clean and adequate but I was surprised there was no fridge. This is something I would consider a basic in any hotel room and meant I could not have cold water. At €230 my room not cheap and I would have expected a breakfast for this price.
Staff were friendly, room was clean, parking was readily available. It was a good location for me as I didn't want to be right in the city.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. It was great to have breakfast included and for it be pretty delicious. There is a Dunnes across the street and the pool was nice as well.
The location was a bit farther out from the city center than I thought, but that's more my fault than the hotel's.

The dinner at the restaurant was great, and so was the breakfast. Beautiful lobby and we enjoyed waiting in the cafe while we waited for our room to be ready. All of the staff was friendly and helpful!
Our air wasn't working, but we were only staying for one night. We let them know a couple of times, but thankfully it wasn't super hot and we cracked our window so it was fine. Our daughters were in the next door and their room was freezing! I was fine with ours not being that cold!
