Exceptional
It is a beautiful space with gorgeous views and less than a mile walk to city center. It was a joy to watch the tides come in and out. The grocery store was around d the corner which was wonderful, the entire apartment was nicely furnished and having a washer dryer was a real,plus. can’t say enough about how we loved being here,…we walked to town every day and came back to a sunny and breezy apartment .
It was all wonderful.

Lovely water view; close to the city.
Internet was very slow, spotty; TV options were limited; bathroom with shower disn’t drain well and doors didn’t close, resulting in a wet bathroom; host was a bit snappy at first, but more cordial at the end.

Sean was so nice and showed us all we needed to know for our stay. Location was close to public transport and a really nice walk into town.
Showeres had to be spaced out to ensure there was enough hot water. We hard to turn the hour water heater off to wash clothes on cold water and the dryer didn't really dry. The shower door was missing some pieces that held it on the tracks and it took some finessing to get it to close all the way.

Close to Salthill. Great grocery across the street.
Not really a comfortable stay. Beds weren't comfortable. Front door was glass, which didn't allow for much privacy and gave us some security concerns.

Good location. Market and some restaurants in walking distance.
I don't like giving poor reviews, but this property disappointed.
Dishwasher connected to cold water line and no internal water heater or dryer. Soap dispenser does not open during cycling. Washer/dryer combination unit takes some experimenting to get both working. Beds and pillows are uncomfortable. Rugs are worn. Refrigerator had smell of mold. Used coffee grounds to clear.

Very Good
Very well kept apartments - perfect for me and my husband and our two daughters (17 and 20) - traditional Irish property. If you are looking for something sleek and modern, look elsewhere. If you want cozy and home and comfortable this is your space.
It would have been nice to have coffee filters and a few other things (washcloths)…

we rented just for the purpose of doing our laundry we would of stayed at hotel the washer didn’t work we had to beg the owner to let us use his washer he finally let us but wasn’t happy about it & let us know this isn’t part of “ the deal” but it was part of the deal. so he wasn’t a good landlord.

It has a great view on Grattan Beach. It was half an hour away from the University and the path was beautiful. I went on foot every day enjoying the canal, the parks, the beautiful houses and the sea of course. It is also not far from the city center and the square. I discovered the Bell Book and Candle store on Henry street where you can find book, venyle, candles, CDs for very good prices. I enjoyed the sunrise and sunset from my balcony. It was just perfect. I need to say that it was well heated, calm, clean and well equiped.

Gorgeous big wall of windows facing the bay - lay on the couch and watch the clouds come and go over the mountains and water. Cute fireplace-like space heater in the living room for cosy look and heat. The kitchen was large and well equipped for a long stay. Separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were lovely. Well heated place despite the blustery weather outside. Location was great in good weather but we mostly taxi into Eyre Square whenever we needed.
TV was ancient - local channels only. Mattresses were old and cheap - felt every spring. Owner and cleaner will enter property without a heads up text - made me nervous. Some small updates to the place and clearer communication would make this a fabulous lil spot.
