Pleasant
Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the room was cold no heat got transferred to another room not much heat there either. I would not stay there again in winter it certainly needs to update the heating system.Other than that all was good.

Busy spot and great buzz there. Great food there and the carvery during day was top class. Dined in the bar in the evening.. again it was excellent and priced well.

Location. Staff was wonderful and friendly.
Fire alarm went off at 1:00 am and it took a few minutes for staff to ascertain that there was no problem and to turn off the alarm, but I think they handled it as well as they could have done.

Only complain I have is tap for the bath .. hot tap was stiff.
