Poor
The owners seemed friendly and welcoming.
I booked this B&B because of the positive reviews and because the nearby hotels were fully booked at the time. I specifically requested a quiet, dark room. The owner confirmed that this request could be accommodated. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.
The room was extremely bright throughout the night because of street lights directly outside. It was so bright that it felt almost like daytime, and there were no effective blackout curtains. This made it very difficult to sleep.
The room also had a very small single bed and an extremely uncomfortable, worn mattress. I could feel the springs coming through, and at one point the floor almost seemed more comfortable.
The bathroom facilities also appeared very old. After flushing the toilet, it took around 20 minutes for the cistern to refill, with the sound of running water continuing throughout that time.
Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable overnight stays I have experienced. I had booked the accommodation specifically to get a quiet and restful night, but unfortunately I barely slept. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Pleasant
This is a very pleasant average and typical B&B house. The staff is very friendly.
I am not going to rate this place negatively because it is nice and the people are so friendly but I do need to say something about the price versus value for what it is, 80is decor, no updates. And again, I don't mind that at all. It's clean and sweet. I don't need much, but I hate if the price charged is just not aligned. Here is a situation where a town is busy on a weekend and crowded and a B&B owner can overcharge due to scarcity. Doesn't make it right in terms of value. The breakfast is the most minimal effort I have experienced in all of Ireland, everything wrapped in plastic. I would rather not bother, but it isn't that hard to serve a fresh breakfast - for the price I would expect something better.

Breakfast was excellent! Continental - plenty of choice. The location while a good distance from centre city was quite accessible by the bus route # 409.
Really the owners were exceptionally hospitable and friendly. I felt very much at home!

We were able to meet both the owner and manager (mother and daughter) and they were absolutely wonderful and welcoming. We were pretty low maintenance, but knew any needs we had would be addressed. We would certainly return here. Just quiet enough and out of the way for what we were looking for doing our stay.

Very Good
Very clean facility - and very helpful friendly staff.
It was a bit of a heat wave when we were there - and the lack of air conditioning made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Comfortable property with amazing hosts. Breakfast included and parking is available on site. Public bus stop is located just around the corner from the stay making it very accessible to the main town. Would recommend.
Room was located facing the Main Street which was a little noisy if you are a light sleeper but managed.
