I loved the way receptionist welcome their guests . Rooms are clean and airconditiong is lovely, able to sleep well though it's warm weather, airconditiong did it's purpose very well.
But there's no complimentary toiletries and fridge . But that's not a big deal. I loved the room and comfortable beds.
It's not that I didn't like, but needed to say that its so pricey for the breakfast, and thinking it's a hotel understandable for the price, but expecting something different from having breakfast from ordinary coffee shop. Full breakfast is the same from outsides breakfast and there's no other choices for the buffet.
Other than that, service is good.

Room was very small. I booked a double room but in all honesty it was more like a single room with a really small bed for 2 people. When we check in first and arrived at our room the window handle was broken and the window would not close.
This is the second time I have been in a room in this hotel with a broken window. They need to do some basic maintenance on these things asap
Small room and especially the small double bed

Great location for our stay. We had a fantastic check in experience from the lovely receptionist. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
The room and corridors were a little tired and in need of a redecoration. (Some painting was underway).

Room was so spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff on check in was very friendly and there is a gorgeous smell once you enter the revolving door.

Very Good
It was very close to UCD and we were there to visit our son who is a student there.
Not much I didn’t like, our stay was great, I think it’s just a cultural thing…in the US we are used to mini fridges in the room or ice buckets and ice available and wash cloths-this hotel didn’t have those things. And the pillows were VERY flat.

The check in and out staff were lovely
Breakfast staff were not very attentive. Chef made an omelette without asking for allergy’s and I had a reaction after despite asking if he needed any info from me, very disappointing breakfast wouldn’t reccommend

IMy check in time was 3{00 p.m. On arrival my room was not ready- I was tolld that it woudl be in 30 minutes. After 50 minutes waiting I enquired of reception to be informed that it still was not ready. The receptionist to whom I spoke proved very helpful and arranged an alternative accessible room for me. Unfortunately, due to a lift being out of action I was unable to avail of it as I need to walk with a walker and cannot negotiate steps. The receptionist quickly remedied the situation and I was allocated a suitable room being finally able to instal myself at 4:20

Good location. Extended my stay for 1 additional night.
The housekeeping ladies talk quite loudly to each other in the mornings. It’s like 2 old ladies chatting across the garden wall and the obviously have no consideration for guests that may still be sleeping.
Not enough to get anyone into trouble. But the ladies should be advised to have some consideration.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the bathtub a lot. The air conditioning also helped me feel great.
Me and my colleagues all had the feeling that the absolute most members of the staff don't understand us - and the problem was definitely not on our side. It felt like they could barely speak English.
Also, the breakfast wasn't that great, and it was especially annoying that you couldn't get the warm food yourself, you had to be served - by someone who was just never there, so you had to look for them and then wait.

Modern bathroom, cleaning staff helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking.
Food was nice.
Would have preferred self service coffee/tea at breakfast instead of waitress service.
Would have liked a later checkout option free of charge.
Wondered if there was room service. Ordered a pizza using just eat but wondered if the hotel had an option to order pizza for room service especially as so many families seemed to be staying at the hotel over the few days of January.

Disappointing
Location was good.
I was woken up in the early hours of the morning with someone moving bins. I was waiting 45 minutes for my dinner. When it eventually came, it was a dissapointing. Staff were busy, but I was ignored. Not a friendly place.
