Wonderful
Great location, and immaculately clean. The room was large and comfortable. Seaview was a nice plus. All-in-all felt like a platonic hotel experience. 10/10 would come here again.
The only was we were staying above a wedding reception. This wasn't too big of a deal because we normally stay up late anyway.

Lovely hotel on the sea front with great views, access to shopping and connections to the city centre.
The restaurant was somewhat rough around the edges with it not being representative to the rest of the hotel. It needs a refurbishment and paining to bring it up to standard.expensive for the location it is in. Busy hotel and entrance with bus tours of people staying.

Atmosphere of welcome, comfort and a history of hospitality.
The Bay lounge and the swimming pool were our favourites. Great sea views with busy shipping lanes.
Carpark underground has daunting turns, worth waiting around for space near the entrance

Location.
Abysmal parking facilities. Access between car park levels was extremely tight. To avoid damaging my car, I was reluctant to use the car park.
On street parking is available around the area, which is expensive and is permitted for limited periods.

The shower was very unsatisfactory - difficult to step into the bath and no hand hold in place. The drain on the sink was also unsatisfactory.
