Very Good
Room very nice and comfy. Good shower. Evening meal very nice. They had draught Guinness ZERO - result. Breakfast very expensive so walked up the road and got a McDonalds breakfast. Car park free while in the hotel.
Car park was a vert tight squeeze. I missed the aircon in the room! It was there right next to the door! My fault for missing it.

Very Good
Hotel was in a great location to access the DART and other areas of town. Hotel had a lot of space for relaxing, play area for kids and the pool was a great perk to have on site.
The room itself was dated the handle of the shower broken, another thing in the tub broken. they didnt come to clean our room for 2 days then had to ask 2x for them to come.

Location
Charming old style hotel
View from the lounge was exceptional
So ask for a room with a view
My room faced into a rooftop and 4 walls so quite unpleasant view / couldn’t open windows easily

Very Good
The size of the room was good, the location great. We ate in the restaurant of the hotel, I recommend the seafood chowder, it was excellent!!
For a 4 star hotel I'd expect to have some kind of vanity kit or slippers, we didn't have any. The smell of the dampness in the room was horrendous, had to open the windows to have some air to come in. The cleaners of the room didn't do their job properly, unfortunately. We stayed 2 nights, and after the first day after the cleaner's visit, some rubbish was still there. The beds were made in a quite disappointed way.

Location is great. Room was nice. Communication was poor. There was an excellent server at the coffee bar, but nobody else demonstrated passion for hospitatliy or genuine care for guests.
- Fridge was not on
- Balcony door wasnt able to be opened
- Received conflicting info about balcony, they couldn't open due to security issues, and that it was simply missing a part
- The outlets were unreliable. I was only able to charge one device at a time. This caused a serious issue for me.
- In the tub, I wasnt able to switch the water to the handheld shower head
- There was mold on the ceiling of the shower

Wonderful
Breakfast was good but a little overpriced. The room was nice, and the room service was great. The front desk was very kind and helpful to us each day we were there. We had clean towels and bed sheets every time we needed them, and the hotel accommodated us by bringing us their dishes to our room, which was very nice.
The dirty balcony and that it was locked. It was very dirty from bird poop, and it could have used a good power washing. I paid extra for a balcony room, so I should be able to use it freely.

I love the location!
It’s a wonderful property, but I think that there are certain details in the room that have not been looked after. The boxspring had a rip in the material and the doorstop in the bathroom was ripping up from the floor. The rooms look like they could use a little refresh.

Wonderful
The rooms were connected and were spacious and clean. The waterfront location was nice with plenty of options for dinner.
googlemaps could not get us to the hotel, it wanted us to go down a narrow back street. We kept driving in circles. We tried to get in touch with the hotel, when someone finally answered we kept breaking up.
The only parking is in a parking garage, which is very hard to park a SUV.

for the price, it was very dated & 1/2 our sink laminate was peeling off, foyer on way to our room had a very weird smell.

Poor
The lobby was nice and grand. They had a nice lobby view. Public bathrooms were clean.
The staff was friendly.
We drove and parked in their lot underground which is their only parking lot. Parking lot was extremely creepy and hard to maneuver. Parked 3 floors underground and no access to an elevator. All stairs. The hallways were also unnecessarily long and creepy beige wallpaper, walls, and carpet looked like an asylum at night. They had elevators to get to your rooms but not from the parking lot. The room was fine. $210 worth idk. The shower in the bathroom was also moldy and very small compared to the overall size of the bathroom.
We also ate at their restaurant. The salmon dish was gross. The chowder also tasted like it wasn't fresh. The salmon was fishy and soft. It was not fresh by any means.
It took them 35 min to bring outbhe food and they gave me a hard time when I said the fish tasted off.

Disappointing
Location.
The room feels dirty. The bedsheets feel so unclean and there was a bad smell on the pillows and bed.
