Very Poor
I was given a disabled room and I asked for a different room after. The receptionist would not offer me another room saying that’s the room I booked
I didn’t . I booked a nice room and he told me he couldn’t change the room as he’d have to wipe the system,
I sent in a complaint and no one had responded to me.
I left the hotel straight after.
Very bad customer service.
I’m still awaiting a refund .

The woman in the gym was very rude and un helpful. We paid a lot of money and wasn’t even allowed in the pool because she said she didn’t want an audience of parents. There was only 2 other parents in the pool. The people in the room next to me was up making noise at 4am. I rang down to the reception and there was no answer. I walked down there and he was asleep

Very welcoming, comfortable, and good facilities.
The food and drink could be improved. Also the restaurant staff were friendly but a little disorganised and lacked knowledge of the menu and how to make certain drinks, etc.
