Location was good rooms were nice and place waa clean
Didnt like the womens attitude at check in..didnt like a staff member at breakfast found her quite rude an older women. My kids were old enough to go out and get a drink /cereal alone my oldest is 12 so that rule is just plain silly . My shoes got robbed i left them at the pool side and they were gone if u are staying at a hotel last think u should be in need of stealing is a pair of flip flops they were the only shoes i took with me on my stay then to be told camras wouldnt pick that area up right where u enter the pool what a joke of a place pool was freezing and no kids pool should be a separate area for kids thats less then 1.4 metres . I also had given my card details on booking .com so i didnt see the problem paying the next morning i drove from.cavan and a forgein man told me it would be fine then id to pay 100 deposit i wasnt told about either a joke when they had my card details what happens if somone didmt have it do they turn people away ?i was aftter travelling 2 hours . Rooms was made up far too late in the day and didnt even give freash towels or soap steak sandwhcih only came with ome piece of bread u normally get two hence the name steak sandwhich then 6 euro extra for room service and 2 something tax disgracefull

Excellent size family room. Bar food and draught beers were top class. The staff were so efficient and friendly. Drinks that were ordered were dropped down to the table in minutes. Other hotels could learn a lot from this place.
Lockers in the men’s changing room could do with updating. Nearly half the lockers were damaged and could not be locked.

Clean comfortable rooms
The pool. We had some very cheeky older people who were extremely rude to my son. I didn’t like the fact that it wasn’t just for hotel guests, which is what caused the problem, as the older men swimming seem to think it was just for them. Spoiled our stay as my daughter was looking forward to the pool

The family room with interconnecting rooms was really comfortable. Use of the pool, sauna and steam room brought added value. The breakfast was great value, and the staff were really friendly.

Very good hotel, lovely and quiet, very nice staff, pool and gym were top notch. Great food.
Sound proofing in the rooms, you can hear in the hallway and doors banging.
