Location and friendliness of staff. Rooms are good.
I don't like to shower in a bathtub. ( risk of slippery). And for the females a magnifying make up mirror would be great.

Nice bar and restaurant
Bed was not comfortable, and unfortunately at 3am another guest tried to kick in our door while shouting at the room. The staff dealt with this as best they could but enough that we won't be returning.

The room was nice and spacious
The bedding didn’t seem clean, I was also charged twice on my booking in which it still has not been resolved and staff were not very nice
