Location good, close to M50
Staff are very good and helpful.
Booked 2 rooms, one wasn’t cleaned/ made up , the other the electrics didn’t work.
The 2 new rooms- one had a very noisy radiator the other wasn’t that clean… hairs in the shower…

Wonderful facilities, beautiful and comfortable room, everything you need like a restaurant all there. Very close by Tram stop which takes you straight to city centre.

Good restaurant and close to the where I needed to be in the area.
The gym was small, no water, no music, not good ventilation, and I had to go through to the lobby to go to the gym.

Receptionist was 11/10 was helpful, really friendly and because I am here as my dad is in beacon hospital she gave my parking pass so when I went to see him I didn't have to pay again
