The green line Central Park Luas stop 2 minutes away provides quick access to the city center, Cherrywood and surrounding area. Central Park, Leopardstown Racecourse and Sandyford Industrial Estate are all less than one mile from the hotel. Dundrum Shopping Center is 2.9 mi away and can be reached via tram. Reception staff very welcoming and professional. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.
Paid additional money to upgrade the room which included bath robes. Only one was available in the room, asked staff for a 2nd which didn't arrive. Sky TV in the room.not working. Staff attended and rebooted box. Got the same message on screen, shrugged his shoulders and said its not working. This was the end of any efforts to resolve, despite not actually reading the error message, the sky box needed connected the the WiFi. Fully regret paying for the upgrade because it was no different to my previous stay

- Convenient location in south county business park close to Luas team stop and many offices nearby - convenient car park under hotel - great breakfast
- Rather charmless but functional. - Staff might need a bit more training / polishing (at front desk and in breakfast room).

Location and breakfast are good
Room was very warm, room was smelling of must and stuffy upon entering. Housekeeping knocked on the door twice in the mort but check out not until 12pm
