The room was fine, large room, although a tad bit dated in the decor. Very convenient for working in Leopardstown.
The window in the room wouldn't shut completely, so there was a tiny bit of wind and noise from the outside as this was a street facing room. There was a rattle from the central heating pipes which was fixed by just adjusting the thermostat on the radiator, and fortunately I found that before going to bed, otherwise it would have given me a fright.

Pleasant
The proximity to the Luas and the fact that check-in was 24/7. Also, it was a really upmarket hotel with excellent facilities.
The pillows were really bad. I expected better pillows from an upmarket hotel like this.

We had an appointment early morning in the Beacon Hospital. This hotel was a 3 minute drive to the hospital. It was ideal. Ample parking at reduced rate. Nice clean hotel.
The breakfast was could have been so much better. We arrived down at 6:30am and the food in buffet looked like it had been there for quite some time. Was not appealing. Fruit available but also did not look very fresh and no fruit singular or available like, bananas, blueberries, strawberries.So disappointing.Could invest here as we were traveling with our 2 year old daughter and not a lot of options for her.

The location was great if you wanted to be in this area. It's not very close to the city center but you can just use the Luas to move around. The rooms where very clean and quite comfortable
The ventilator was not working very well in the bathroom

We were so close to the tram so could get around quite easily which was great and there was a little coffee shop where we could have breakfast and the restaurant was excellent as well - all in all very happy with the hotel

Disappointing
We had 2 amazing dinners and 2 very good breakfasts at your hotel. The location and parking were fine. The beds were comfortable.
The woman checking us in could have shared a bit more information and encouraged us to read the paper she gave us. The room was very loud due to other rooms slamming their doors all throughout the night interrupting our sleep. When you're traveling it is so important to sleep. Did not appreciate the noise in this hotel.

My son and I enjoyed staying there. We were travelling and marvelled at the bath and the late checkout, but we couldn't use them due to time. The breakfast was excellent and well organised. They had a full house and catered for our needs.
The power plugs were too close to the surfaces below for use to use our NZ adapters with USB cables coming out below. Such a minor problem. There was USB socket which we used. Lack of time to enjoy all there was to offer.
