Wonderful
The location was excellent for city center, the breakfast was excellent, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was updated.
The rumble of the Street cars, luckily they didn't run too late at night

The room was decorated very nicely and the bathroom was very clean. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed how the keys were managed for the hotel. It was a unique experience for us.
Our room was stuffy and we couldn't keep the windows open because the seagulls were so loud outside of our windows. The floor of the shower was very slippery and a potential danger. Both my daughter and I slipped when we took our showers.

The staff was wonderful
Our initial room had no ventilation system and we had to prop open the window and listen to the streetcars and crowds. However, we were moved the following day to a room that had air conditioning and our sleepless night problem was solved. My only complaint is the first room we were assigned.

Loved the beds, the rooms, the breakfast and the location. The staff were also extremely courteous and helpful. Location was ideal for Abbey Theatre, GPO, shopping and Luas.
The heating in the bathroom was on full-blast all night which seems very wasteful as there was no need for it. There was also only hot water coming out of the cold tap so you had to either brush your teeth quickly or use the drinking water left in the bottle in the room.
It would also be nice if there was a nice foyers to relax in. The room at the back with the cafe and the unpainted corridor leading to it, felt more like a community centre and really left the place down.

Location - perfect if you are used to explore the city by public transport
Staff - friendly and some of them really funny :-)
Surprise - a fridge in the room
The room was very small for a double.
