Old fashioned coziness, warm and accommodating attitude of entire staff. Ooh and the bed! I could have stayed all week.
The food at Saints and Scholars bar and breakfast room was excellent and reminded me of Sunday meals with my Irish American family - soul nourishing. Wynn’s hotel is a very unique hotel.

great location - Luas is right outside the door. Close to shopping, 14 Henrietta, EPIC and many more Dublin things to do & see.
I have no complaints - the hotel makes its own granola! Breakfast was awesome! This is a charming building with loads of Dublin history in its past.

All of the staff we spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. We were able to check in early at no extra cost. Breakfast was great value and great tasting. Location is great!
It was very noisy. Our room faced the street at the front of the hotel and we could hear the tram which goes by every few minutes for most of the night and starting again in the early morning. There were also many people screaming and yelling in the street. Luckily I had earplugs, but my friend did not and was disturbed by the loud noise.

This was our second stay at the Wynn's and was equally enjoyable as our first stay. Once again Roberta from reception exceeded our expectations with her warm welcome she was one of the highlights of our trip. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Outstanding breakfast staff.

The location is excellent, convenient to many sites that one usually visits. There is good public transportation close to the hotel.
The breakfast is excellent certainly recommend.
The staff is great cannot say enough about them all were so friendly and helpful.
I didn't like the room; the beds that are in the room makes the room too small. There is no space to walk around or to put ones bags.
The bathroom is not so great. The shower is excellent but the sink is too small, can't wash my hands without getting water on the floor.

All was nice but we were above the streetcar so it wasn’t as quiet as we would have liked. Otherwise, lovely!
Noise from street

Liked the history and older style/architecture of the hotel and the fact that there was a bar and restaurant on premises although we did not have time to partake and we also liked that the hotel was being renovated could tell new carpeting paint and bathroom had been renovated. Bathroom was small however new and accomodating.
The cooling system did not work well and we had a lot of noise from what sounded like the seagulls from the window and back wall area, did not sleep well due to both along with semi-uncomfortable mattres.

Wonderful
We loved the breakfast and staff, the breakfast waiter and check-in woman were wonderful. The location of hotel was great. We were very happy we could check-in to our room when we arrived before we went out in the city.
We did expect our room to be more posh from photos we saw on website and rating of hotel. It was very plain and the view was not good. We had plenty of room for our things. Bed was comfy and bathroom was good.

The staff was great especially David the bartender. Made us feel very at home and provided great service. Also, the older gentleman in the dining room was on top of his game and made dining very enjoyable. More to say about him down below.
1. For the cost of the hotel we expected more than plastic water and coffee mugs in the room. Every place else we stayed at in Ireland for over a week for less money provided us with real water and coffee mugs. It really cheapens the value of the hotel, it was what we expect from a cheap hotel in the US.
2. When we arrived on Friday at around noon the room was not ready. I told the woman who checked us in that I would park the car and come back and leave our luggage so she knew that we were using a parking garage and the one that we told we could use the previous weekend. What she did not tell us was that the parking garage doesn't open until 10 am on Sunday. Yesterday we checked out at 830 am for our noon flight and we told at the desk the garage doesn't open until 10 2 hours before our flight! Thank God for the older gentleman from the dining room who went out of his way to go with us to the garage and get the garage to open the door early. If not from him, we would have missed our flight home. He went way out of his way to help us and he didn't have to. Because of this we will stay again at The Wynns when we come back to Dublin. Because of this delay we did not have time to gas up our car at the car rental place and we will have to pay a lot of euros because of this. I feel it would be proper for us to get one night refunded to cover the cost of the petrol. In the future all gusts should be informed if they have a car and if so let them know the hours of the garage.

The concierge Aoife was very kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to leave our room key with the front desk when we left for the day, they scheduled an early continental breakfast and taxi for us on our departure day. Additionally, when we weren't given any Herbal tea in our room but had coffee and black caffienated tea, Aoife brought a good selection to us from the breakfast room.
It was warm in the room, so we would have preferred to leave the windows open at night, but our room looked out over a stop for the electric street car route. It would have been too noisy if we left the windows open.

Room was small but location was great. Included breakfast which I was really looking forward to, but Delta cancelled my flight which necessitated a mad dash to the airport and no breakfast.
Every thing was fine

Excellent location and price for the quality of this hotel. The hot breakfast each day was very good and staff were friendly & quick to help.
The wifi is not the best at this location. We stayed on the top floor and our room had absolutely no coverage.

Breakfast was outstanding, exceptional service and food quality. AM reception staff (Italian) demonstrated the most outgoing, welcoming greeting she is a treasure! I have worked in hospitality for over 35 years and she is the one in a million employee that every manager hopes for.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The bar and the history of the hotel makes it even better.
The hallways seemed a little dark at night (for a solo female traveler), but had no issues

The breakfast was really good and served hot.
One of the servers at the breakfast restaurant was unfriendly and cold. He didn’t have a smiling, welcoming face. He Didn't pour enough orange juice
