The location is great, just in the centre, next to a tram stop and the bus for the airport. Staff ws really nice an helpful. Rooms have classic decor, are clean and with an amazingly comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast!

Staff and breakfast as expected
The double room with air conditioning I booked was not provided, I did not have a landmark view instead a back alley where bottles were being emptied into bins until one in the morning, made worse by having the window open to ensure some breeze to keep the very small room cooler. The nights stay at the Wynn's hotel ruined our trip to Dublin and we wont be returning. Picture of the view from our bedroom attached

Pleasant
The rest of the room was really nice and super clean, shower was good, staff was really nice and helpful. Location great and lovely that parking was offered at a discount just a few blocks away. Elevator was really speedy. Felt safe.
Loud humming noise coming in from the outside. Window in my first room wouldn't close completely (it is old and needs an upgrade.. I told the staff and it's noted). The staff gave me another much smaller room in exchange which I was able to close the window and that blocked out most of the noise but you could still hear the tram and I was on the backside of the building. The toilet handle needed to be flushed several times before it would work (how many depended maybe on if others were flushing too maybe?). It was ok for one night but we all didn't get a good night's sleep due to the noise. For 180 Euros, I expected some sound proofing for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was just ok. No A/C which is fine if you could've left the window open (I was above an alley where you kept hearing bottle being put out etc.

location, pleasant staff, restaurant very good, very good cooked to order breakfast which was included. The bar area is very busy, so popular location.
old room in the back which was supposed to be quiet. plastic covering the hallway old carpeted floors. The room was clean. The floors squeaked and the view was of the rooftop with pigeons the size of wild turkeys. The sqwaked the entire night! We couldn't close the windows because there was no air conditioning. I'm sure I checked air conditioning when searching but it was so late by that time, I figured it's just one night.
