Exceptional
The reception person, so sorry I do not know her name, was simply AMAZING!!! I got perfect directions for the places I wanted to see, how to use the LUAS - which, by the way, stops just outside the hotel!! The hotel is beyond charming, very classy - but the bathroom! so modern! so beautiful! Old world charm in the room, new world charm in the bath! the breakfast staff & breakfast were perfect! I loved the eggs Benedict so much I ordered it days in a row!
Location is excellent - O'Connell is center to the city, the boulevard is jam packed with great shops, within walking distance of Hugh Lane Gallery, 14 Henrietta, GPO and more. I am definitely coming back! To the Wynn's Hotel!!!
This was my first time in Dublin. Wynn's Hotel, staff, rooms, everything was such a great introduction to the city. Staff made the difference - such attention to the smallest detail, excellent communication, so knowledgeable, pleasant, caring - well done!
Well, nothing really, because I loved everything! Stay the course...just keep doing what you are doing.

Pleasant
The breakfast room and breakfast staff were really good. We were welcomed by the staff on Reception and by the porter on arrival, so overall the staff were very friendly. The location is fantastic, right off O'Connell Street. The room temperature was easy to manage and the large shower was lovely in the bathroom.
The room itself was very small and a little outdated and given we paid €325 for one night for two people including breakfast, I would have expected a little more bang for our buck. The breakfast selection was good but the cold meats, cheeses, fruits were very limited.

Extremely convenient infact the best location. Closer to everything in Dublin.
Absolutely professional and friendly staff too.
The breakfast was the best.
I was surprised with all the elements. Just a wow place in heart of Dublin
It hard to point at anything as everything was extremely perfect

Right after taxi dropped me off, once I arrived in the room I discovered I had accidentally left my cell phone in the taxi cab. Desk clerk Neil took down my cell phone # and called repeatedly to my phone which, unfortunately, had the ringer turned to silent. Apparently the taxi driver noticed the buzzing of the phone and answered. He brought my phone to hotel the next day during breakfast. I was very impressed with Neil's diligence with this task.
The lock to my room 203 was difficult to get used to. The first day I could barely get in and then I was afraid I would not be able to get out.

Excellent location. Walk to most attractions and nice hotel. Breakfast was good.
Hard to find because of road construction. The Wynn should have provided a map to the parking garage.

Wonderful
This is a wonderful Hotel. Centrally located in the heart of the city. Very clean and lovely staff. Breakfast was lovely too. The only downside was the noise of the Luas under our window. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, but would request the back of the Hotel for less noise. Overall an exceptional Hotel in the heart of Dublin. Food in the bar was lovely too.
The noise from the Luas under our bedroom window.
