The breakfast served was exceptional. The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable.
The air conditioning in my room did not work. I was provided with a fan which did not make the matter any better.

Great location and staff
Beds/pillows could have been more comfortable and it is noisy at night.

Nice retro style. You know you're in Ireland.
It was pretty loud during the night. The traffic and the people walking down the street in the middle of the night were a bit more loud.

Wonderful
The location is excellent - right in the middle of central Dublin and walkable to all the main sites (GPO, EPIC, Trinity Library/Book of Kells, Hunger Memorial, Customs House, St. Stephans' Green, Temple Bar. etc.). The hot breakfast was elegant and delicious. The front desk staff were friendly, kind and helpful. My only dislike is that they are not there 24/7. If you return after 11:00 pm, the front hotel door is looked and you have to ring a bell and wait a while for a staff person to open the door to let you into the hotel.

Breakfast was great and the Hotel is the perfect location
It was very hot. It ws not the hotel's fault because Dublin was unusually hot but they had no air contitioner. Plus I was watching TV late at night and I did not think it was loud but it sounded like someone started to bang on my door. I did not open it and I received a call for the front dest to lower the tv which I did but I had a difficult time to hear it myself. It was't
that loud since my daughter was sound asleep

The room was large - in fact one big bed and two single. The breakfast was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful and the location was good. A lot of history in the walls.
Some places were a little worn, but corresponded with age and history.

Breakfast was great. Lots of options, nice staff, good food. Staff was great: friendly, helpful. Bar service was similar. The location was very convenient, so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go.
Room was a little tight and had almost no floor space, but the bathroom was spacious. The only place I could open my suitcase was on the bed. The room had a slight damp odor like the carpet had gotten wet at some point. We opened the windows and that helped.

Location was very good - close enough to temple bar area, trinity college and Ha'penny bridge. The breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing. even better that it was included with the room.
Very clean room. hop on hop off bus stop right outside.
Small shower but doable.

The location and breakfast made the stay!
The area can be a little rough at night. I was almost pickpocketed. A kind woman grabbed my wallet from them and gave it back to me.

The staff was wonderful! Jack was very nice! He gave us a great dinner recommendation. And helped with our room change.
I booked that hotel because of the air conditioning. The air didn’t work in our first room. The room was bigger and the view was wonderful but I couldn’t open the window. So the staff was very kind and moved us to a room with working air. It was a good bit smaller and the view was terrible, but I did get a good nights sleep.
