Good price. Plenty of free parking. Bus stop across the road. Friendly staff. Have stayed here before and will stay again :)
Curtains didn't black out the light in the morning as they were very short.
Hairdryer switch wasn't very clear so I thought the hairdryer was broken and left with wet hair. The staff were so lovely and explained about the hairdryer switch.

Spent The afternoon in the Carvery watching a.constant stream of customers taking the Sunday carvery. We had the most tasty beef . excellent staff serving happy customers Very traditional hotel near Pheonix Park and on a bus route to Dublin ( 15 minutes . )We found parking very easy so ideal if you are touring. This is the place to stay with peace and quiet next to the park. About three pubs within walking distance. Top marks to The Staff at The West County for making our atay so memorable.

Great hotel to visit Dublin. Easy to reach from the airport, has a big parking and there is a bus stop close to the hotel, so you can easily visit Dublin without driving into the center. Nice restaurant/bar with a decent breakfast.

Good polite staff. And food was nice Rooms always clean. Easy to commute to Dublin centre as bus service good and convenient to hotel
The room we stayed in was a bit tired decorating needs attention but was clean other bits of hotel need bit of updating

Staff rude on checking in. I was there for my birthday and because I was 18 they didn’t want to allow me stay, then after checking in I was told I would not be allowed to go into the bar and they would be watching me come and go . Made me very uncomfortable. I was there with my boyfriend to use as a base to go shopping. We don’t drink so wasn’t going to use the bar , but we were made to feel really uncomfortable.

Great room clean and well presented, bar and restaurant well staffed and competitively priced, breakfast selection was good and the cooked breakfast was perfect. Parking was free and at the front of the Hotel
