My parnets stayed as my mother was having a small proceedure in a nearbuy hospital.The wwee bith very pleqsed and xould not speak highly of the staff whonthwy said were so hellpful amd kind and always good humoured.Without a doubtthe staff are your biggest asset.I also have to say the facilities and location were great value for money.

Clean room and linens. Close proximity to Dublin Zoo and Liffey Valley. Bus Stop straight outside the hotel. Ample car parking. Shower was hot.
Slightly reminiscent of a 50’s motel from The UpsideDown in Stranger Things. Staff had little to no personality. Breakfast was lukewarm. Tired interiors in need of facelift. Tiny bathroom. No soundproofing. Could hear person snoring in next room. Bed was hard. Noisy.

Ideal location. Bus stop right across the road brought us straight to phoenix park. Staff were all super friendly.
It’s a little dated. In our room there were holes in the wall filled in but not painted.

Every member of staff I encountered at the West County Hotel from the ladies at reception to the Head Barman and his waiters; through to the team serving breakfast was kind, polite and welcoming. It was a joy to stay at the West County and I very much hope to return there for another stay at some point in future. Visit the West County to enjoy the very best of Irish hospitality.

Staff was really kind and always at disposal in case of needs, rooms are good and really clean, with everything you may need (coffee and tea included).
The area outside is really quiet as you’re out of the city centre, no noise. There is a bus stop just in front of the structure, perfect to get to city centre of Dublin in 20/25 mins

Very close to city centre , taxi into Grafton st area for Christmas night out , very friendly staff, room was very comfortable
