There’s a leak above the window in room 43. There’s a visible crack above the window, but did not know it was an active water leak. Not an issue ascetically, but it rained in the middle of the night one night and soaked half of my clothes in my suitcase.

Excellent location. Parking was available so we didn’t have to move the car once we arrived! Nice gathering space for the 8 of us traveling together.

The beds were very comfortable. At first we were given a basement room, which I wasn't very happy with as it was stuffy and the laundry next door was very loud. However, when I spoke to the staff at the hotel, they were very accommodating and changed me to a much better room. The hotel is very tastefully decorated too.
Please note there is no breakfast in the hotel at all. They do however have a coffee station in the lobby area.

The room was very clean and extremely comfortable — just what I needed after a long day of travel. The bed was cozy, everything felt fresh and well-maintained, and I immediately felt at home.
One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s incredibly convenient — the bus stop is literally right outside the door, making it super easy to get around the city without any hassle. Whether you're heading to the city center or exploring nearby areas, transportation is a breeze.
Overall, a great place to stay if you value cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. I would absolutely stay here again!

Good size room. Very comfortable bed.
Within easy reach of the centre.
Staff was professional, but i won't call friendly.
The room didn't have curtains, so I had to close the window shutters at night, which is inconvenient.
No food or drink facilities except coffee machine, which was shut down at 9pm.
