Good size room. Very comfortable bed.
Within easy reach of the centre.
Staff was professional, but i won't call friendly.
The room didn't have curtains, so I had to close the window shutters at night, which is inconvenient.
No food or drink facilities except coffee machine, which was shut down at 9pm.

The location was excellent, the decor was beautiful, we stayed in the Waterloo apartment, and it was absolutely beautiful and so private. Perfect for a family as has a separate living area.The kitchen area was perfect for breakfast/snacks. The receptionist was so lovely and helpful. The foyer is stunning and a lovely area to sit and have coffee. Parking is available and such a bonus. All in all, it is a beautiful space, so close to the city but so peaceful.
Just a small point, softer pillows please.

Man on reception very friendly checked us in and gave let us get ready as our room was not available. Great to be able to park outside

Clean, nicely decorated, good service.
No air conditioning, usually not an issue in Ireland, but given warm weather when we were there the room was quite hot even at night with windows that only open minimally.

Lovely room, so comfy large screen tv, very clean. location is about 25 minutes walk to Temple bar area but nice area where hotel is plenty of shops and bars nearby.
