About a mile away from all the main downtown sites, it’s close enough to be convenient if you don’t mind walking and it’s quiet. Close to the stadium is a bonus if you want to go watch a sporting event. The rooms are clean, and overall it’s a good value.

Free parking, nice relaxed decor and friendly staff.
Room was small and it was quite noisy outside on main road during the night but we did have the window open as it was quite warm.

This is a very well appointed property, clean, central and very comfortable. I travelled to Dublin for an exam the next day, and requested a quiet room because of that. The room allocated was completely silent, there was room for me to study, and I slept like a baby. And rare for a Dublin hotel room in summer, it was airy and well ventilated with three windows. I only encountered one staff member during my stay, and they were polite, pleasant and professional. Nespresso machine and bottled water in the room, plus a free coffee machine in reception. No breakfast facilities but loads of choice nearby, and I recommend the scones and coffee at Avoca. Overall, has to be a 10.
I have minor accessibility problems and found the front steps difficult particularly when carrying luggage. However, this is typical of the type of townhouse the hotel is in and I was aware of the issue before. Not an actual negative but something to be aware of.

Honestly the bathroom was amazing. The shower had a slate floor and great water pressure. We liked the windows and the bed was comfortable. The parking was also pretty convenient. Near a lot of things on Baggot street and a doable walk to central Dublin.
The walls were a bit thin and we could hear our neighbors' doors closing throughout the evening. No road noise, though.

Wonderful
Clean comfortable room, excellent condition great shower , tea coffee and bottle water in room. Heavy blackout curtains, view overlooking rear garden and city, close to Lansdowne road stadium.
Parking limited and very cramped, hard to squeeze the car into space, though on street parking available pay & display. On our stay there was very heavy rain that night and on exiting our room there was a substantial leak in the hallway ceiling and main landing area, providing us with a second shower as we exited our room. This definitely needs addressed as it gave us a somewhat disappointing opinion of our otherwise Excellent stay. If we'd been staying a further night this would definitely have been off putting.

We needed a place with parking and Waterloo Townhouse and Suites has a small parking lot out front, which was great. The building is a lovely renovated Georgian townhouse in a residential area, and is very clean/well maintained. The bathroom had a rain shower and nice products. The lounge in the lobby has a coffee machine, and there is also coffee and tea in the room. The location is close to Baggot Street, which has many good pubs, restaurants and shops. Vikrum greeted us and provided a map and suggestions. There is also a whole binder full of resources in the room. The walk to the more central tourist area of Dublin is around 20-25 minutes.
We stayed in a double room and it was quite small. There was no room to open the suitcases except on the bed. I believe the suites are a lot bigger. The double room itself was very clean and comfortable with a good shower and also included a mini fridge.
