bed really comfortable and sheets etc plenty of space in the room.

great coffee machine in the entrance
no complaints but in garden suite would have been lovely to be able to access the garden as was beautiful weather- I was searching for French windows but you couldn't access from the suite

The position was great close to good restaurants and sights, easy to walk everywhere. Bed was very comfortable.
The shower on the last day was cold. Not an ideal way it leave but we are booked to stay again so I hope the problem with hot water is rectified.

Stayed in a lovely triple room for an overnight stay in Dublin with my sister. Location is close to town / Baggot Street. You could walk into town. Really nice guesthouse, we have stayed here a few times for all different occasions. Extra bonus is that they have free parking for guests.
