The room was very warm and cosy, it had everything we needed, The interior design was also beautiful. The staff were always there to help, the location is great - the bus is outside the hotel to get into the city centre, otherwise its 25 minute walk which isn't too far. There are great restaurants and pubs around.

Very Good
Location was great, very nice personnel, great complementary coffee in the lobby, spacious and relatively clean suite.
Mostly issues related to the specific room, I suppose (Garden Suite Room 16):
1. Bad sound isolation, during the relatively mild rain the water from the scatter outside of the garden suite makes too loud noise that I woke up during the night thinking that there is a heavy leak above my head inside the room!
2. The water pump located directly outside of the room switches ON/OFF when anywhere in the building/floor someone uses bathroom or toilets is heard across the room especially due to a quite environment which disturbs the sleep.
3. Multiple occurrences of the spiders nets on the ceiling hanging around.

Very Good
Good location, nice reception area providing teas and coffee. Room amenities are perfect and the bathroom is spacious and modern. Room is slightly small but perfect for short stays
Design of building is not soundproof in the slightest, and any movements upstairs or even out in the corridor are very loud. If you are a light sleeper you need earplugs. 4pm check in is a shame.

Waterloo Townhouse and Suites was quiet, well located and very very clean!!
The only slight issue was parking.
Parking is limited by the house, and parking nearby is very hard to find.
One of the staff moved his car (parked on the street) so we could park whixh was very good of them!!

It’s a really beautiful old town house, full of character, comfortable and the room was very nice and recently renovated.
The room was cold… and we had to ask for a portable heater. To be fair, the staff were quick about sorting this, but for €320 a night…. It was a small bit disappointing that the room wasn’t warm when we arrived.

Our stay was really awesome! The property is located in a great part of Dublin, on a quiet street yet walkable distance to Baggot Street which has all kinds of shops, brunch places, restaurants and cafes, so very convenient. There's also a couple of bus stops nearby to connect you to the city although St Steven's Green is also just 15-18 minutes away on foot. The property itself is located in a beautiful old Georgian building, very nicely decorated inside and very clean. The staff was super helpful in accommodating any of our requests (e.g. we needed a cot, extra pillows, etc.). We stayed in the Garden Suite which was just perfect for our needs, a separate bedroom and another room as we stayed with a toddler. Again, very nicely decorated and very clean, the bathroom/shower quite new and seems recently renovated. Overall we really enjoyed this for our long weekend in Dublin, would definitely come again!
I don't think I have much to mention here. One of the evenings we heard our neighbours as it seemed they had trouble putting their baby to sleep, but it didn't really disturb us in any way.
