Great location....Next to everything in Rathmines. Pleasant staff and excellent breakfast.
A minor detail....shower missing anti slip mat but found it later down beside the toilet. Could be more visible

A lovely family owned hotel.
Staff were very helpful, and friendly.
We ate there for two evenings and the food was very good. On our 3rd evening we thought we should try a restaurant in the centre for a change. The breakfasts were great too.
The attached pub had live music some nights, which if we were younger we would have stayed. The sound was contained in the pub, so we heard nothing when getting off to sleep.
We would stay there again.

Breakfast was perfect, staff were excellent.
Free parking is really great it's the reason I use this hotel. Music in the bar was excellent.

The breakfast was very good indeed and without undue delay. All the staff were helpful and very pleasant. I will be planning to stay here for my next visit to Rathmines.

Wonderful
Pleasant room, good breakfast, helpful staff. It is a bit out of the city, but has parking space and is on a convenient bus route. Tesco is opposite in case you need anything. The room had a fridge and a safe. After previous negative experiences with Dublin hotels, I was very pleased we chose this one.
The room was hot as it had been a hot few days. The hotel lent us a fan but it had limited success in cooling the room!

Staff lovely
Very clean and comfortable
Ideal location for a weekend in Dublin with reasonable prices
A couple in the room above were arguing
Very loud with bad language but I guess when prices are lower than most, one has to expect a few people now and again who don’t know how to behave.
It did not spoil our weekend and the staff were apologetic. Next time, they said, let us know immediately and we will ask them to be quiet.

Breakfast was plentiful and staff lovely
Was great having a restaurant and busy bar within the hotel - enjoyed the quiz night.
Added bonus is having parking on site in this area.
Small thing which doesn’t reflect on stay but not a fan of floor tiles in the bedroom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited and the Irish breakfast was quite dry. Our room's door didn't always fully close. The fridge wasn't plugged in when we got there and that took time to chill. The shower drain wasnt as fast as the shower producing water, resulting in pooling and possible flooding. Noise could be heard clearly through the front door leading to the hallway.

The outside space was terrific, especially with the good weather. I liked all the plants.
A small complaint. The duvet on my single bed was VERY heavy plus it was a double and kept falling to one side. Not a biggie.
