Beautiful hotel. Perfect location for shopping trip and stay over! All staff so nice and food was gorgeous. Definitely a return visit planned for some Christmas shopping!

Everything was okay until I got the bill
The price was very higher than what the price i was told by the hotel. I got an email from them that the price would be 172 euros per night and they overpriced me and i couldn’t dispute the difference with them because my reservation was through Booking.com. Please call me to see if you can resolve this issue. My number is 954-422-3409 Thank you!

Room was good, air-conditioning excellent, bathroom clean. Door and window could do with a little maintenance. Lobby lovely and very comfortable. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, they are great. We didn't use the bar. We had breakfast and again staff excellent, a great choice of food and really tasty. I would recommend this hotel

The downstairs was worthy of 4 stars with a nice lobby, reception area, bar and restaurant. However the room was a 2 star b&b in Blackpool at best. The shower curtain covering the shower was at least 4 inches too short which created a sopping wet room and the cubbyhole for a cupboard was disappointing. The room was very tired and in need of a complete refurb. Walls paper thin so we were woken a couple of times each night by people coming and going.
The bedroom and bathroom, poor standard.
