Room was nice and clean. Staff friendly. It was a wonderful stay.
Please let people know earlier that if they don’t “order” breakfast the night before, it costs more to get it the day of.

Fantastic location close to all the sites, staff were super helpful and friendly.
View from our window wasn’t great we looked at another building. Homeless tents outside the building and a few unsavoury people outside.

Reception staff were very helpful. Valet parking was great and we didnt need to worry about where to park. Room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Showere was the best i have ever had in a hotel. Check out being 12pm is great as it gives that bit extra time to chill.
Checkin being 3pm would have loved earlier but it wasnt available for our room type. I was offered to upgrade but i would have had to pay for the upgrade. We didnt pay and when we checked in that night - had a match to go to - they had kindly upgraded us without charge whichbwas really nice.

Good location in Dublin, room cleanliness good, restaurant and bar area nice. Good for a short couple of nights to explore the city.
No help with heavy suitcases on arrival / leaving hotel even though there appeared to be staff around. One porter walked us to the car that had been parked in the basement but didn't even offer to take one of our cases. Breakfast was just ok. Pastries, muffins, scones etc appeared bought in and a bit dried out.
