Nice beds and lobby and bar. Friendly front-desk staff. Great location.
They messed up our reservation: We booked 2 rooms with 2 beds each and when the day came they had only queen beds in each room. They admitted their error and apologized but were unable to provide a fix, leaving us in the awkward positions of sharing beds.

We absolutley loved our stay at the Trinity City Hotel. The attention to detail and decor is fabulous! The staff were all so friendly and kind. Our room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was delicous and the location of the hotel is central and close to most of the major tourist attractions. Thank you for an amazing venue for our holiday.

Lovely spacious rooms, very clean and huge comfy beds. Lovely lobby and bar area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for centre of town, shopping, sightseeing etc

Staff absolutely amazing, from chek in to check out. Food was delicious, and drinks were perfect, nice cocktails. Location is good just a pity tent city across the road but not the hotels fault. Would go back again.
