Central location perfect for exploring central Dublin
Breakfast was good but the single toaster created large queues, not working well and a second one would help during peak times

The staff at the lobby was above expectations - so helpful and willing to make our stay pleasant.
The lobby area was very cozy and nice

Disappointing
The public areas were beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the service in the breakfast room was excellent.
In the middle of our four-night stay, we were moved to another room in a different building due to a renovation that was known in advance. Halfway through our holiday, we had to pack and unpack our belongings all over again. The complimentary glasses of sparkling wine we received as compensation were a poor recompense for the inconvenience and the time lost.
Secondly, housekeeping should be carried out during the day, not in the evening when guests have already returned to the hotel.

Room, facilities, location, breakfast all very good. Ditto reception and concierge service
Room Air Con was uncontrollable and no instructions. Bar service staff need additional training

Breakfast was very good but service rather chaotic, it took 20 minutes to receive poached eggs which were then hard-boiled

The location was excellent, easy to walk to local sights.
Linda who was in the restaurant at breakfast was a credit to the hotel. Happy, friendly and so helpful.

Location great, parking easy with concierge
One of the girls working in bar area was very pleasant - Asian looking....she could not do enough for us - well done to her
Guy who checked us in did not advise which lift to use and we ended in wrong location for our room....
