Disappointing
The public areas were beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the service in the breakfast room was excellent.
In the middle of our four-night stay, we were moved to another room in a different building due to a renovation that was known in advance. Halfway through our holiday, we had to pack and unpack our belongings all over again. The complimentary glasses of sparkling wine we received as compensation were a poor recompense for the inconvenience and the time lost. Secondly, housekeeping should be carried out during the day, not in the evening when guests have already returned to the hotel.
