Love the location & hotel ambience in general.
Our hotel bathroom needs updating & shower did not work properly. Had to take bath as shower head only had hot water. Could not get cold water to flow. Tub is old and chipping & difficult to get into as it has high siding. Very limited counter space & NO kleenex. Lighting could be better too. Some of the stairs had very worn carpeting. Think it is time to refurbish rooms!

Location was excellent. So close to downtown core.
Lighting in hotel room was quite dim. Our room esthetic did not quite match with the lovely and tasteful public areas.

Great location. Very professionally run. Our room was nice, with a balcony, but we paid for it. We had a couple decent dinners there.
The breakfast. Same everyday. Powdered eggs, chicken bangers, stewed tomatoes, drastically bad ham. Would have loved a microwave and fridge in room, but that we could live with.

Disappointing
Some staff were nice
i had to change my room as basin cracked, toilet set broken and carpet stained, I was then told hotel full and I could only have a smaller room, they told me that they had given me and upgrade with first room and when the put me in a smaller room was offered no compensation or even a free meal.

We had a lovely courtyard room to enjoy. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very professional. Location to all the various districts in downtown Dublin made it a great choice. Everything was within walking distance. I would highly recommend.
