Location is excellent just a few minutes from Trinity University, Grafton Street & the top of O’Connell Street. The hotel is quirky & beautifully decorated. Staff are friendly & professional from Reception, dining & housekeeping
This was my third stay & I did note the breakfast wasn’t as plentiful as on my previous visits, but the food was delicious.

Room and facilities were excellent, convenient location.
There was a mix up in charges for breakfast which we thought we had resolved before we left but were subsequently billed for. The charges were quickly reversed after a couple of emails and very helpful office staff.

Great location, lovely staff, very clean
The air freshener/ diffuser in the downstairs lobby and bar area was too over powering and did not smell nice… otherwise the lobby/ bar area is very welcoming

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping did an outstanding job. The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance of many sites and allows easy access to train and bus travel. Staff was welcoming and very helpful.

The size of the room available - we booked an executive king room 34m3 for our final 2 nights abroad before flying back home to Australia. Room was clean and fancy and perfect
