The day time front desk man, Orio, was exceptional. He was so very helpful with directions and other information. My room was adequate, perfect size for just me traveling solo. The breakfast was great and at night a really nice bar to have a little night cap. Arthaus was near so much within walking distance, pubs, restaurants, shopping, 1-2 blocks away. Again, perfect for me traveling solo. I would definitely come back to Arthaus.

Location was fantastic. Very walkable to most things tourists want to do or see in Dublin. Rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Great showers and water pressure, too. The staff was incredibly helpful. Loved the vibe of the rooms and the rest of the hotel, great decor.

Room was poorly designed. Had to back up toward bathroom to get out of door. Not enough room for toilet. Knees were under the sink & against the metal work under the sink. My son is 6'4" & had to sit somewhat side ways on the toilet.

The location and room accommodations were great.
Unfortunately upon arrival, we were very rudely met by Daniel at the reception desk. We had called earlier in the day to go over the details of our reservations to ensure a smooth check in as we were arriving at 1am from the airport. I spoke with a lovely gentleman, Oriel, who confirmed our details, took payment and also offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king room, instead of the queen room we originally booked. Splendid!!! Not so fast, upon arrival Daniel curtly informed us that all he had was a double room and that they were full for the night, but maybe we could change rooms in the morning. I was shocked with hearing this and his terrible attitude. He was very dismissive of our concerns and seemed to be on a power trip of some kind, because after 10 minutes of bantering he magically handed us keys to a king room. I want to also acknowledge Oriel as an amazing part of the staff at the hotel.
There is a cold draft coming from the bathroom window.

Cute interior decor
The beds and pillows were insanely hard. Our room was so tiny that the sink was at the foot of the bed and the bedframe rubbed into the nightstand so that it squeaked every time you moved. We got zero sleep at this place.

Great location, just a few blocks from pretty much everything. Hotel was elegant, comfortable, and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was cute and comfortable.

Wonderful
Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Surprisingly upscale shower. Location was close to St. Stephen’s Green, Grafton Street, restaurants. Short walk to Dublin Castle and Trinity areas. Reasonable walk to Oscar Wilde museum north of the Liffey.

The location was great; we could walk to many places we wanted to see. Also, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and responsive. When we couldn't sleep in the cot brought in for my third sister (the mattress was too thin), the staff was great about last-minute changes and finding an extra room for us that we could have for two nights. I loved the bamboo toothbrush provided in the rooms!
The price was a little high, but that is expected in Dublin City center.

Was a beautiful oasis right in the heart of the Dublin shopping district. Close to attractions and easy to get around to pubs and restaurants.
The room was spacious and the shower was absolutely awesome!
Could hear some street noise but was easily handled with earplugs!

Location was ideal. Far enough away to not be bothered by the noise of the crowds but close enough to walk to anywhere we wanted to be.
Internet was out and that was frustrating for everyone (including the staff)
