It is stylish, the bed and bedding was very comfortable. It had a good hair dryer. Most of the staff were really nice.
The coffee was nice and we were given a biscuit and bottle of water each in the room.
We were expecting a pink room which I was excited about and then had green. I was a bit disappointed. Also, our window was broken so the room was really cold and was noisy if the curtain wasn’t closed. There is no heat in the bathroom so I was too good to have a shower in the two days I was there. I can’t imagine how cold the room would be in winter!
The breakfast was only a continental, I didnt realise so was a bit disappointed when we realised.

Location. Helpful staff.
Room was poorly designed. Had to back up toward bathroom to get out of door. Not enough room for toilet. Knees were under the sink & against the metal work under the sink. My son is 6'4" & had to sit somewhat side ways on the toilet.

The location and room accommodations were great.
Unfortunately upon arrival, we were very rudely met by Daniel at the reception desk. We had called earlier in the day to go over the details of our reservations to ensure a smooth check in as we were arriving at 1am from the airport. I spoke with a lovely gentleman, Oriel, who confirmed our details, took payment and also offered us a complimentary upgrade to a king room, instead of the queen room we originally booked. Splendid!!! Not so fast, upon arrival Daniel curtly informed us that all he had was a double room and that they were full for the night, but maybe we could change rooms in the morning. I was shocked with hearing this and his terrible attitude. He was very dismissive of our concerns and seemed to be on a power trip of some kind, because after 10 minutes of bantering he magically handed us keys to a king room. I want to also acknowledge Oriel as an amazing part of the staff at the hotel.
There is a cold draft coming from the bathroom window.

Cute interior decor
The beds and pillows were insanely hard. Our room was so tiny that the sink was at the foot of the bed and the bedframe rubbed into the nightstand so that it squeaked every time you moved. We got zero sleep at this place.

It was far walking for busy streets and wayyyyy too bright to try sleep shutters did not work to darken room and street light where very bright through window very very hard sleep here

Location! Could walk easily to center sights and meet local friends in great pubs 5 min walk!
Basin outside of bath in room, pillows were a bit stout.
