The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was also located near shopping, pubs and restaurants.
The water temperature was too hot in shower and bathroom sink initially had no cold water- only hot. They did adjust the temperature. But thru out stay sink ran hot and cold with no rhyme or reason. Never got roomed clean on second day of stay or clean towels or pick up of dirty dishes. We left the room for 5 hours - from 10-3 and no one came to clean room until 4PM when we were taking a nap and we did not feel like vacating the ro9om at that point. It would have been great if the bar had some kind of snacks, or offered some type of food.

Comfortable hotel in a very convenient location next to the Stephen's Green shopping centre. Next door to a car park and within easy walking distance of everything Dublin has to offer. Our room was remarkably quiet given the location, with good air conditioning (it was hot when we stayed) and we slept very well.
We stayed for two nights and we had no complaints.

Place was very clean and location was great. Hotel was right next to parking garage which was convenient.
The rooms were small and pillows were incredibly firm / hard.

We traveled around Europe (Prague, Berlin, Vienna, Amsterdam, Edinburgh, Galway) and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. Others were similarly priced - or higher. Clean, lots of room, great location, decent breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great location, small but very comfortable rooms, handy walk to all the locations we required. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed with my parents who loved it! Bar available for nightcap (note it’s a bit pricey!)
Issues with the hot water in the showers - too hot and very difficult to temperature regulate!
